- Alli PittmanSt. John's, Canada10 contributionsEnjoyed our time at Newman Sound campground. The campground is equipped with a playground, communal campfire locations, hikes, and more. The comfort stations were also very clean. We spent an afternoon hiking Ochre Hill. There are some beautiful views of the park on this hike! We also drove to the Blue Hill lookout, which I highly recommend. The Terra Nova Visitor Centre is also a great spot to enjoy a picnic by the ocean on your travels.Written September 13, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Kathryn CGlovertown, Canada35 contributionsBeautiful and clean. Kids will love to play along the shallow brook, and dig in the sand. Lots of big shady birch trees to sit under and a nice breeze from the steady kept the flies away. - elicurGander, Canada87 contributionsI remember as a child this being someone's residence, and I'm not old, yet..
Now, this building is a gallery, a gift shop, and art studio.
If you plan out the trip there, it is also used for musical acts from as far away as Ireland. ( you know, you can SEE Ireland from here anyway hah )Written August 14, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
