We did the wine testing in a beautiful place with a very nice view. The owner was a real passionate who shared with us very good quality wines ( bubbles, white, red), with some good Italian apéritivo.
It was a very nice moment and we enjoyed everything !

We highly recommend a trip to Ivaldi Dario winery! My mother and I were looking for a winery close to the town of Acqui Terme for a tour. Andrea responded to my WhatsApp immediately and we set a tour for the next day. We saw the vines and learned the difference between each of the grapes, and about the history of the land. Then we went inside to see where the wine is made and finished with a tasting. Andrea joined us in paired tasting of their wines. We loved all of the wines, and our favorites were the Piemonte Chardonnay and the Nizza docg. (rich, dark fruits, tannins well-balanced, delicious!). Finished with an espresso and an amareti from a local shop. The only problem was that I could only buy as many bottles as I could carry-on in my suitcase. I hope that someone arranges to import this wine to the US, I would love to enjoy it here. btw the tasting, and the wine, was very affordable. Andrea was so kind and offered us information about other sight-seeing (and tasting) opportunities. What a great experience!

Valentina showed me around the museum and was very knowledgeable about the use of different tools for farming and wine production throughout the ages.
A nice tour, both interesting and fun. And of course very nice touch with a private wine tour of the cellar and tasting afterwards.
