Our tour guide was very enthusiastic, constantly keeping us entertained, creating laughter, and ensuring the tour never felt boring. Climbing the 400 steps was challenging but absolutely worth it. We also took a speedboat, which was a blast, followed by a local boat for some relaxation.
The food was delicious and plentiful, perfectly suited to our tastes. The staff were exceptionally kind, with one particular member going above and beyond to assist us from the tour bus. Everyone on the boat was friendly and attentive, contributing to a wonderful experience.
The bus and cabin on the cruise were impeccably clean, and our room, complete with a private balcony, exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, and the staff made sure we were well taken care of.

Ha Long Bay is an absolute must-visit when coming to Vietnam. The cruise, along with its entertaining activities, made our trip so much better. - Phoo P5 contributionsWe were very unprepared for this day trip. By the time we arrived at Halong, it was already 4PM. So, dinner cruise was the only option for us. Although we didn’t make booking ahead, Saquila Cruise staffs were very kind and helpful. We didn’t exchange enough Vietnam Dong either. When the cruise came back to the port, it was raining and almost 10PM. Thanks to Miss Hoa, Assistant Cruise Manager, who helps us with some Dongs, we could manage to get to the money changer with Grab. So that we can come back to Hanoi to catch the flight for the next day. - Òscar3 contributionsWe highly recommend this tour. Our driver picked us up at our ship pier to get to Hanoi and met our local tour guide. We had a great time visiting all the places we wanted and the company tailored it to our own desires. We had a walking tour to discover the town center with local food and it was amazing - it is now picked up in a list of must do things when visiting Hanoi we shared with our friends. The views of the islands were enchanting but would have been more stunning if not for the fog. The only minor downside was that the first viewing spot (the cave) felt a bit rushed, but the rest of the trip was wonderful and memorable. Lovely staff and we really enjoyed the traditional bamboo dance, cooking class and also the foot herbal bath. - David FCalifornia2 contributionsOur family had a great trip and found it very enjoyable. The scenery was beautiful, and the journey was both clean and well-organized. I especially loved the interior design of the yacht, which suited my taste perfectly.
Vietnamese cuisine on board was rich, diverse, and aligned with my preferences. The entertainment activities were also varied, including circus performances, fishing, tai chi, karaoke, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi.
The service staff were very friendly and helpful. One staff member, in particular, provided excellent service and was incredibly attentive to our needs. We were very pleased with her support throughout the journey.

Vietnam Airline kept changing our flight time so we ended up having a large time gap between the ending of the Halong Bay cruise and our flight out of Noi Bai airport. Ouros Travel offered the perfect solution. For an extra 250,000 VND they offered to take us to the Bat Trang Pottery Village before heading to the airport. This meant I didn't need to figure out where to store all 6 of our luggage while we continue to explore the city. It was the most economical and convenient solution to our problems.
