Views were amazing and workers were great. Gary was helpful and attentive. Tours were fun. Made stops at the beach with a great view and drinks, stopped for a tour of chocolates and drinks, as well as the cave. Recommend to anyone who is looking for fun and memorable excursions.

Danilo picked us up at the Airport very quickly after letting them know we were through customs. He is a safe driver and very nice to chat with as we travelled to the resort. Awesome Guy!

    Overall the trip was good.
First we got picked up at the hotel which was very convenient (so we didn’t have to worry about getting there ourself + i think it’s safer). Then we switched buses and travelled to the beach where we took a speedboat to the island. We had a stop at the gift shop which i believe wasn’t mentioned in the itinerary. Overall the trip to the island took us 4 hours. On the island itself we had around 2-2.5 hours which wasn’t much honestly. Also we had like a 30 min stop at the natural pool which was very beautiful.

On the island itself we had lunch (3/5 wasn’t really good but does its job) and unlimited rum and soft drinks. Also they offered cocktails, lobster and massage for additional payment. Views on the island are so beautiful, i wish we had more time there. I recommend eating fast so you have more time to enjoy the beach and the water. Also we had a private beach there so only our group was there and it wasn’t crowded.

The way back was longer since we took catamaran to the mainland, so overall it was around 5 hours. It was very fun since they played music there, still had unlimited drinks and at the end of the day people kinda got to know each other and became more comfortable.

    Highlights:
-overall the trip took us 12 hours.
    -being our own towel.
-being your own water because for us it tasted a little funky.
-the views on the island are worth it, bring your camera!!!

The monkeys are great and the information about cocoa production is very interesting. It was one of the most fun things we did on our vacation to Punta Cana. We were also glad we purchased the photos because as much as you can attempt to take a selfie, those monkeys are fast when they’re looking for their next meal!! LOL Thanks to Philippe and Oscar for all the information and great photos!

The experience was powered by a funny , spontaneously entertaining, and considerate Robinson. The impact was a close look at Dominican culture as far as people and the ways they live it.

We had a great time on the snorkelling cruise! Travelling with two young boys, we were on the hunt for a snorkeling experience that wasn’t just about a booze cruise. And this was a great fit. The staff were amazing at taking care of us and accommodating our young ones. Pretty snorkelling spot with lots of fish. It was great to relax on the boat and use the slide.
The sandbar we hung out afterwards was also a pretty spot.
    Highly recommend these guys!

We booked this excursion through our hotel. Pickup was straightforward and we arrived at the park pretty much as it was opening. We really enjoyed all the activities that we took part in, but we felt that the signage and logistical communications could have been much better. The park is huge with different activities being a fair hike apart. We ended up having to criss-cross the park multiple times because the timing of the different activities and the fact that the only lockers were in the front made it difficult to have an efficient way to work across the park. Some of the activities opened and closed without notice or were only scheduled to operate at certain times which weren't posted anywhere which was frustrating.
OUR DAY: We got to the park, put most of our stuff in a locker, and then carrying just our water bottles and our phones in waterproof bags with neck straps, we decided to do the superman zipline first. We walk all the way across the park to the access point for the zipline and find it still closed. Someone tells us that they open at 9:30, it's 9:15 now, no big deal, we will wait. About 9:40 someone comes and removes the rope to allow access up the stairs to the launch point, we start climbing. Part way up we see a big sign saying that you are not allowed to carry anything with you on the ride, even eyeglasses! We decide we better go put our stuff back in the lockers on the other end of the park! Once we get back to the front of the park we decide, we might as well do the ropes course and cave first since those are pretty close to the main entrance. We get there at a little after 10 and we are told that the cave is a guided tour and it will leave at 10:30 or 2:00, which was never stated anywhere so we decide we had better wait around so we get into the 10:30 tour. The cave was cool but a LOT of steps up and down so be prepared. That took about an hour, so by the time we get back to the start point it is 11:30 and we've only done one thing! We decided that our priorities were to do the ziplines and the cenote. We blew off the ropes course and decided to have an early lunch since we were close to the restaurant at this point and everything else was much further away. So after lunch I go to talk to guest services to ask about the glasses thing since I am blinder than a bat, there is no way I can walk around the park without them. They tell me that I can totally wear my glasses on the ziplines since I did have a sports strap for them, and we can even take our phones as long as they are on the straps (man, if we'd known that we could have done the superman at the start of the day!). He also explained that there are two different zipline courses besides the superman line, one wet and one dry that both launch from the same place. Ok, so our plan is set, we will do the dry course which circles all the way around and comes back to the main launch site and then we will do the wet course that ends up at the pool area. We head over to the zipline launch site and they tell us that only the wet course is running right now, so we pivot and decide to do the wet course. It is totally fun but ends up at the far corner of the resort. We are now near the starting point of the cenote hike so decide to do that next. The walk was about 3/4 of a mile in and the same back out, which we knew and we were fine with. We totally loved swimming in the cenote. You could go behind the little waterfall and there was even a jumping platform. My only complaint was that I NEEDED water. We hadn't been able to carry any with us on the ziplines and I didn't think to stick any money in my phone case and I was dying. Coming off the hike we ended up near the start point for the superman zipline and decided that doing that next would bring us back to the lockers (and my water) just as quickly as walking back down. So we huffed and puffed all the way back up the million stairs and zipped down to the central hub. Yes! Water finally! By now it was about 2:30 and we had until about 4 before we needed to head back to the lockers and bus so we decided to spend the last hour at the massive pool area. It was a bit chilly but was fun to relax there before finally heading back to the lockers and out to find our bus. The activities that we missed were the cave swim, the ropes course, and the dry ziplines. There was no way I could see having time to do the extra cost activities (buggies and rock climbing) so I'm glad that we didn't bother trying. Overall, fun, but exhausting (we walked over 20k steps). Hubby was impressed by how clean and well maintained everything felt. We just wish that there had been a clear schedule of activities and lockers up near the main pool would have been great.
