I cannot recommend this tour enough. Got picked up on time, and a very friendly driver. The experience was a true Authentic Jamaican Experience. To explore and wander though a real Rasta village was nothing short of incredible. Each staff member we encountered was so friendly and welcoming. I spent most of my teen years in Jamaica, and I felt this was just the experience I wanted to show my family.

The staff was amazing! I wish I could name every person! We had so much fun! Definitely a must if you are in Jamaica, but I traveled to Jamaica just for Chukka and it was so worth it!

We used the departure service and the process of going through immigration was very easy and worth the money. The lounge was clean and relaxing and made our wait for our flight enjoyable.

Starting with pickup, the driver and team were amazing. They told us some fun facts about Jamaica on the ride to Ocho Rios from Montego Bay. The ride was about an hour and half. You do make a stop at a little gift shop where you can buy water shoes, souvenirs and go to the restroom. There’s also a stop for food/drink if you need a snack. Blue Hole was GORGEOUS and so much fun. We got some really great photos in the hidden falls. Guides at Blue Hole were very friendly. After blue hole, you stop for lunch. My family and I ordered the jerk chicken, it was good. As a heads up, the prices of meals range from about $19-$23USD a plate. They do accept cash, card or Apple Pay. Dunns River Falls was our favorite. The falls are so beautiful and the guides were extremely helpful. Mr. T was our guide and made sure to give us clear instructions throughout our climb on which rocks to avoid, where there was uneven footing and when to duck. They also have a videographer that goes along for the whole climb and snaps pictures/videos while you climb. This was very appreciated as I was able to take some pictures along the way, but not as many as I would have liked. All in all, this was an amazing excursion. I highly recommend.

    Some notes:
    1. It’s a LONG day - pack snacks and water (especially if you have kiddos with you)
    2. Water shoes are a must!
    3. Bring lots of cash for tips (people we tipped: blue hole guides - 2 people, restaurant staff, Dunns River falls guide/videographer - 2 people, SNL Tour team - 2 people)
    4. Video/picture purchase at Dunns River was $40USD - totally worth it in my opinion

We had a good time on the River Rapids with Lavin as our guide. Lavin is very knowledgable about the river, plants, and fishing in the area. Lavin taught us how to stay safe on the water and of course what NOT to do for a great experience.

Trip booked through Tui on site at the hotel. Cheaper than on-line before we left the UK. Picked up at the hotel lobby at 08:30 & returned at 14:15. Includes a lunch of jerk chicken & rice. Paid $176 us dollars for two adults. Takes around an hour to reach the village from Runaway bay, our bus guide, Tanya, was excellent, stopping periodically to inform about certain places / plants etc along the way, also taught the passengers to speak patois! Hilarious. George the driver was the same, true team work & worth every cent. Arrival at the village has outside stalls & sellers of all forms of trinkets & Ganja for those who partake, incuding Ganja homemade brownies amongst other forms.
Be prepared to climb steps, slopes and paths before reaching the top where Marley lies in state.
There are levels you can rest, buy drinks, gifts & restrooms, though be mindful you must be fully mobile. Another guide will then take you through the different sites, explaining every step and singing the songs Marley wrote in relation to the place you stand.
Our Rastafarian guide was named Benjamin & his knowledge is powerful, as a die hard Marley fan for over 40 years, he really knew his stuff. The last stop is the mausoleum high above 9 miles, a dollar candle can be purchased to lite as a mark of respect, the dollar goes towards the local school for books etc.
A whole afternoon of enjoyment, tiring but worth every second. Would i visit Jamaica again? Dunno.... but nine miles i'd go again in a heartbeat. The Rastarfarian community are beautiful welcoming people and a full credit to the village of nine miles & beyond. ONE LOVE! ♡♡

The catamaran and snorkeling itself was great! However, we were late getting to the boat due to being forgotten by the transport bus to get us there. I had my hotel concierge call them to see what was happening. Everything was held up until we got there and were able to shove off. We didn’t get back to shore until dark which I felt was later than usual due to people getting their full excursion experience! Crew was great about it and the onboard experience was awesome!

Prompt pick up, delicious included rum punch upon arrival to dock, informative and fun boat tour to the swimming spot. Plenty of glowing water! Water must be agitated to make the microorganisms glow

Tip: bring cash for extra drinks and for photos at the end or trip

We were so appreciative of our driver and the amazing customer service before and during our trip. Clean and comfortable ride to our hotel making us feel we were already on vacation from the moment we arrived at the airport. Highly recommend Mr Reasonable over anyone else!

Delano is a nice person, a good driver and THE BEST GUIDE IN FALMOUTH- JAMAICA!
He gave us information about the climate in jamaica, about the people there, their religion, society, education system and a lot of other interesting things.
We warmly recommend him, he gave us a 5-star experience, but he deserves 10.

As my husband says, Club Mobay is worth every penny. We had never visited Jamaica before, and were unsure about the process once we landed. A representative met us right when we got off the plane and guided us through the entire process. We bypassed long lines and were assisted with finding the transportation ( arranged by our resort) that was picking us up. We relaxed with drinks in the Club Mobay lounge while waiting for the rest of our party who were arriving on another flight. When departing, we again bypassed long lines, and after security, waited in their lounge not far from our gate, enjoying food and drinks. Thank you for a great experience!

Excellent experience from pick up to drop off. Wayne was awesome and very professional! Christina was also amazing in answering my questions leading up to the excursion! They even help you with poses and even gave me a bottle of champagne for my birthday! Best overall excursion and excellent experience! Thanks again!

Our tour guide Copeland was the absolute best. He entertained the group on the way to Negril with cultural facts about Jamaica 🇯🇲. He stopped to let us take pictures of the Negril sign. Margaritaville was fu. The drinks were good and the music was great. The highlight was Rick’s cafe. It was exciting watching the people jumping from the cliffs and the sunset was beautiful. This tour is a must if you are coming to Jamaica.
