We booked this tour on our own as our cruise ship did not include this particular one as an option. From booking, to check-in, safety equipment and guidance through the course we were never disappointed with the staff. Drinking water was available throughout our experience as needed, and the staff were very knowledgeable.
If you are planning to record your experience, their helmets do not have GoPro attachments and only 2 of 8 ziplines are truly hands free those being lines 6 and 7. Line 6 is really short and they take pictures on 5 and 6 for you. Line 7 is the longest (2600ft), and they have 2 lines where you can have 2 people go at the same time or 2 tandem rides at the same time. Line 8 is the fastest and you need to be prepared to brake so you don't come in too fast.
There is one set of bathrooms available if needed, and the staff gave us a great recommendation for food after our tour, La Parrilla.
Overall, amazing experience and we would definitely recommend this tour!
