I loved this. The lines for rides like leap of faith were long, but definitely worth the wait. Food was very good for the price. This was an amazing property.

A short walk from the port - you do not need a guide or a local to find this place.
There is no admission - and it is a small and nice oasis of green. If you have the time - wait around for the big groups of people to move on - then it also become a quiet oasis.

A fun thing to do while in Nassau. Not crowded at all. Price was a bit high for what you get. The flamingo show was fun and cool to get up close with the flamingos. Lots of exotic birds to see.

Small fort that covers centuries of island history. We met the famous Michelle, who did our tour, it costs $5.50 payable at the gift shop. Finding it was hard. The driveway is off Bay St. look for the white obelisk in the median. Walk up driveway by the “Ft Charlotte Cashless” sign. Across from the public beach (past Junkanoo Beach with all of the food huts. ). Easy, safe walk from cruise ship docks.

Historical perspective on how the city of Nassau came to be. (Hint: it started as a pirate refuge.) Learned quite a bit about pirate life and never realized there were female pirates too! Unique & interesting museum that’s worth a visit if you care to learn about Nassau’s history.

Water was beautiful, listing to the waves crash. The beach was really busy, could tell it was more of a tourist type destination but we understood what it was going to be. You get bombarded with trinkets and chairs and umbrellas and drinks. I would recommend passing the heard, which we didn’t do, and go straight down and when you get there if you are going to get the pineapples go to local Larry’s. I thought that’s who I was talking with because the young gentleman stopped me right in fro t of the pop up. He was working for a different pop up which didn’t give me what was promised with free make my own drinks. Will know better next time. $40 all you can drink, $30 umbrella & $15 (each) for chairs. You can haggle them a bit.

Chock so full of art such that very little wall space remains! Loved how modern works are juxtaposed next to historic postcards of the same venues. Very cool way to present history and art at the same time! Especially enjoyed the complimentary art park atop the hill with views of the harbor & free WiFi. Such a quiet & beautiful setting.
