- Daniel J3 contributionsThe trip itself was awesome, but the crew made it 100% better. We did the swimming with pigs, turtles and the pink sand beach. The captain and deck hands were amazing. They answered every question anyone on the boat had. Very informative and nice. They pretty much catered to everyone's needs. Just great all-around guys. - Dan ROxford, UK1 contributionWe had the most incredible day on our tour. The guys were so helpful, informative and fun. Nothing felt rushed and we were often the only boat at each stop. We saw pigs, swam with turtles, went to rose beach, had a lovely lunch and stopped at the swings in the sea, which was like paradise. On the way back were lucky enough to see a whale which was unbelievable! We also did a Sandals boat tour and all agreed this one was so much better! The pigs on this tour were more gentle - - sweet baby pigs, too. Experienced crew members were attentive to guests. This was our first time on the island and we were clueless. Their team had golf carts, boat trips even helped with dinners. All plans were flawless and made our vacation amazing. I traveled with a group of ladies for my birthday celebration and the Conch & Coconuts team took the stress out of the planning process. My travel advisor recommended Conch & Coconuts to handle our transfers, golf cart rental, dinner reservation, half day boat excursion, and professional photographer and now I know why…exceptional service, responsiveness and professionalism from all Conch & Coconuts team members. Our driver, Elvis, was safe and knowledgeable. Iesha welcomed us at Harbour Island and kept in great communication with me. Captain Ray and First Mate Jeffery showed us a great time on the water and even took extra time to follow the dolphins we spotted on the trip back. Sophia is incredibly talented and captured beautiful photos of our group. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Hannah D1 contributionWhenever you are leaving the country for an excursion, it can be intimidating that you get what you paid for… after calling/emailing MULTIPLE charters for the pig, turtles & snorkel tour, Delfin Charters stood out immediately for our private charter (although you don’t have to rent the whole boat out like we did). Their team answered all my dumb questions within 12- 24 hours (most times even sooner).
We had 16 in our group, they had alcoholic/non drinks, waters, snacks & snorkel gear for all 16 of us included. The only negative was crappy weather but somehow that didn’t even matter by the end of the trip!
The 40’ boat itself was fantastic & impeccably maintained. One huge perk was the sound system; it was incredibly loud (if you wanted it loud) and added so much energy to our day. *one of my emails was can we download our own play list for the boat, the answer was “yes”. The crew truly made the experience the best part tho, providing top-notch service and making sure we had an unforgettable time. They were funny, respectful & charismatic.
They picked us up at senior frogs & dropped us back off at our hotel. To top things off even more… one of our girls found a conch shell that was filthy (but she was dead set on taking it back to Fl)… they took it home, cleaned it to brand new & dropped it off at our hotel for her to take home! I personally was SHOCKED by how nice this was! 😇
I/We HIGHLY recommend Delfin Charters for anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free boating experience. Got to learn all about the island and see a beautiful sunset while enjoying a little wine and charcuterie.
