I had a great time!! I highly recommend doing the tour because you get to see so much of Huatulco. Everyone working in and off the boat was helpful and friendly. Decided to do the snorkeling (extra cost), and it was worth it. As a non swimmer, my guide made me feel safe and was patient with me.

The food tour was fascinating! Well worth taking. I learned a lot about the local dishes, the history of corn, the way foods have changed around the world as a result of colonization and the history/culture of the Huatulco area. We enjoyed sampling the many tasty dishes and seeing all the different small vendors and restaurants.
With Jane as a trusted food expert, we could try places and foods we never would have felt comfortable to on our own and mark them down for return visits. So many tasty treats. Thanks, Jane! It was awesome!

We had a lovely day of sailing on the large catamaran to San Augustine. Because there were so many guests on the boat the catamaran only stopped in one bay enroute to San Augustine. The snorkeling was pretty good near the rocks. We were supplied with water and colas for free but beer and snorkel equipment was available for a fee. The commentator on the boat explained a bit about the history of Huatulco and the surrounding national parks and the efforts to keep the land clean and not become an environmental disaster like Cancun.. He spoke in both Spanish and English. We found that his constant commentary was too loud and we would have appreciated more quiet time to just enjoy the scenery. San Augustine was great for snorkeling close to shore and the beach is lined with restaurants . Of course you are guided to go to the one endorsed by the charter company but we chose to support a small restaurant down the beach. But be warned that they don’t take credit cards and don’t like American money which is an inconvenience for them.
It was a beautiful day and I would recommend it better than the small overloaded pangas.

Our driver, Eduardo Escobar, provided an informative, safe, courteous, and complete tour of several key places around Huatulco. For my wife it was the cliffs overlooking the coves and the art work in the church downtown. For me it also included the Mezcal tasting and textile factory.

Overall an outstanding Lamby Tours experience. Highly recommend.

Incredible. Everything you read in the description is exactly how it is. They picked us up in the morning before sunrise. My girlfriend and I and another 2 girls were with us and the two guides. We got to the beach and got a quick run through of kayaking. They said anytime you want to stop we will take you back. Then we went to the beautiful blow hole, through some awesome rock islands, and back to the beach. Seeing the coastline from the water was so special. Humbierto and Gabby have a strong passion for the sea, its creatures and the Huatulco coast. Would 10/10 recommend. Fruit and coffee was served after kayaking and before snorkeling.

Canyoning in this beautiful river, guided by Cristian, was one of the best parts of our trip to Huatulco. For those who love adventure and a little bit of adrenaline, this is the excursion for you. Cristian was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to point out some plants to avoid, amongst other cool facts about the area! He taught us how to safely float down the river and gave us plenty of opportunities to practice before we started down some of the bigger “slides”. This was so fun and the river was beautiful and clear. At the end of the river he stopped us at a spot where we could climb up a cliff and jump off into the deep river below! (And went first to prove it’s safe). There were varying heights to jump from, and when I was nervous to do the highest one, Cristian was supportive and encouraging. He told me I’d be the happiest person alive if I did it, and he was right! I probably wouldn’t have tried it without him cheering me on. If you’re looking for a beautiful hike followed by some fun on the river, look no further than this tour with Cristian. He even had a delicious sandwich and a cerveza waiting for us at the rivers end. I didn’t bring anything to put my phone to keep it dry so I didn’t get many pictures but honestly it was nice to unplug and the memories you’ll make on this tour will last just as long as the photos :).

Our Tip Top Taco tour with Next Stop Huatulco was the perfect way to start our stay in Huatulco. The tour delivers on it's promises in it's description of the tour on their website Starting at the local market with fish and seafood tacos and not a tourist in sight we felt we were going local. We had no idea that Mexican people eat daily and well at the local market. We are letting you in on what is not meant to be a secret. We sampled a wide variety of tacos. many new to our palettes. Maryrose (is a fun and entertaining guide) made sure we tasted a delicious assortment of tacos. Our last stop was unbelievable, we just wanted to keep eating. The chef was available and he taught us how much time, types of foods and love goes into each kind of taco. Of course, our chef learned to cook by his grandmother's side. Maryrose had trivia questions at each stop on the tour. We went to bed contented and happy with our new knowledge of Oaxaca. Our vacation is off to a flying start compliments to Maryrose

My sister and I did the private snorkeling tour around the bays of Huatulco when our HOLLAND AMERICA cruise ship docked for the day in Huatulco. Homie Tours was very well organized. We were met on time at the end of the pier with our name on a sign, fitted with good quality snorkeling gear and on the small clean boat (with life jackets) straight away! There were cold beverages provided for us, too. Horatio, our captain and snorkel guide, was fantastic. He was very accommodating to our requests throughout the afternoon. It was a lovely day! And no problem being back on the ship on time! (We are seniors and the trip is easy!).

Oscar is THE BEST! We booked him for airport pickup where he greeted us warmly with cold beers and a big smile! We scheduled a bay tour by boat but due to rough waters had to get creative. He graciously helped us to come up with an alternative plan and took us into La Crucecita for some shopping, La Entrega for awesome snorkeling (he even went out with us to show us the best spots and pointed out the different fish!), Bahia Maguey for lunch and then Playa Bocana for mud baths. Oscar is so knowledgeable of the area and clearly has a passion for welcoming visitors. We will absolutely book through him again when we come back!

We had the amazing luck of getting the same driver who picked us up the day before at the airport, Rudy. What a great guy. A local so he takes a lot of pride in the beauty and culture this area has to offer and makes sure to share that enthusiasm during the tour. Took us to the best sites, stopped in for Mezcal Tasting, ( different then Tequila ) and gave us a ton of information on shopping, restaurants , other available tours and pretty well anything else we asked. Speaks really good english and with his service the day before as well, set the entire tone for one of the best holidays we have ever had. We come frequently to Mexico but first time to Huatulco. It will not be our last. make sure to book this at the start of your stay to be aware of all Huatulco has to offer. For everything we did through Huatulco Experience they were first rate.
