This was a satisfying adventure. The ziplines were nothing crazy which I didn't mind because I was in it for everything else. With boat #6 JOHN is the man, he really owns this experience and makes sure you're well take care of start to finish.
Loved the snorkeling portion, it was long enough for you to get a good swim and take in the marine world.
Things to improve:
- the drinks (watered down, though after a swim like that I was glad for that, but I think some people would not appreciate it).
- The stay at Isla Mujeres could be a tad bit longer. Maybe 90 minutes instead of 1 hour.

- carmen c2 contributionsThe tour guide mark and driver were very welcoming fab tour would recommend, the only suggestion to make trip better if the tour offered an umbrella for shade as the chichen itcen had very little shade and gets very hot I found it hard to concentrate as it was too hot, I would of happily paid to rent the umbrella off the tour guide for a dollar or two and give back at the end of tour. I think this would have made the trip more comfortable. - Vanessa A1 contributionThis was truly an amazing tour. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable with good energy. The Tulum ruins were beautiful, the reef snorkeling was so fun, we got to see a lot of colorful fish, turtles and stingrays. The cenote was probably my the favorite part, it was a walk through one, went in the through one end and got out of the other end. We all felt so calm and at peace after the cenote. After we had authentic tacos, they tasted so good. Edgar was so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Edgar helped make our stay in Cancun an absolutely amazing experience. I had been there several times it was my sister’s first time she was amazed with the food and the finale of the show. Safe transportation picked up transfer and return safe to our hotel. The tour was good and the cenote felt great after walking in the heat. The food is overpriced at the cenote but it’s Americanized prices so I wasn’t surprised.

Amazing seeing all the beautiful coral reef and the colour fish. But the stand out were the barracudas and the shark!!!
The warmest welcome from all the team. We swam, we drank tequila. And ate tacos at a beautiful restaurant with a stunning view of the beautiful coast.
I highly recommend this very welcoming, funny but at the same time very professional team.
Memories made and will never be forgotten.

We had 10 people on our boat and the staff was attentive to both English and Spanish speakers. The boat ride to find the whale sharks was pleasant and not very long, albeit it can take longer some days since they are trying to find a swimming creature. The time in water to swim with the whale sharks was awesome (Swim hard and fast to keep up) and they were so close. People swam two at a time, so you were not crowded or left behind. It really was a marvel to see and such a personal experience. - Linh D1 contributionRamiro, our guide was fantastic, full of knowledge and has a great sense of humor. The driver (forgot his name) was also a very safe and considerate driver. Ramiro gave great details about the Mayan culture and history and explain in great details about the calendar/astronomy. The cenote swim was refreshing and very convenient. The tour does take close to 12 hours so plan accordingly. For the price it's definitely worth 5 stars.
