    Day trip to Banff , lake Louise and Lake Morainne
    The trip was just awesome ! Murray, our tour guide, was super nice and very knowledgeable. He picked us up exactly on time and kept us informed of everything . Went out of the way to let us know about the spots and also helped us with Gondola trip as well. That was too good .

    Great experience!
    Great tour! Joanna has lots of contagious enthusiasm and great knowledge of the area and it's history. The food was delicious!

    Best way to see everything
    Amazing tour! Beyond beautiful and saw everything we wanted to within a day without being rushed. Our tour guide Gordon was superb

    Amazing tour experience
    Absolutely fantastic experience and I can’t recommend it enough.
    Our guides were excellent (a special shoutout to Patrick who was amazing!!!) and the van was spacious, comfy and well stocked with drinking water.
    The stops on both days were spectacular and the whole tour ran smoothly from the start of day 1 to the end of day 2.
    Massive thank you for a wonderful trip.

    Amazing > Terrifying
    This is an absolutely amazing hike. I did not do it with a guide. The reason I am writing the review is to advise anyone else that is researching this to consider hiring someone experienced before attempting it. From my research I knew I would only be going to the second summit before the squeeze. While enjoying the views, four full grown rams came down the trail where you would not be able to survive the fall, turn back, or get out of their way. Don’t be a news story.

    Weather did not cooperate
    I’m sure my rating would be higher but the wildfire smoke and subsequent rain made sightseeing difficult. Pretty place but the resort hotel we stayed at was too far from the village.

    Visited in January 2023 and did a tour with Discover Banff Tours nearly every day of my trip, once twice in a day. Snowshoeing to Paint Pots, Discover Banff and its Wildlife, Johnston Canyon Day and Night, Lake Louise Snowshoe, Grotto Canyon and Marble Canyon with guides Kelsey, Rye, Tim, Anaki, Rob and Tyler. Could not recommend more highly, this was my second Winter trip to Banff and second time seeing everything with DBT and felt safe, welcomed and in good hands despite some treacherous weather and road conditions. All the guides were inclusive, engaging, had amazing knowledge of the area despite not being locals and I wouldn’t experience Banff with any other company. 100/10.

    LOVED every second!!
    We had the most incredible day doing the Ghost Canyon!! Marc our guide was brilliant - fun, energetic and very knowledgable.

    We’re on our honeymoon and this has been one of our greatest highlights of the trip! The experience is filled with fun slides, rappels, jumps and amazing scenery!! The only advice we can give is to not miss out on doing this as it’s a day where you’ll create some amazing memories!

    Fabulous experience
    We took this trip yesterday and sue was a fantastic guide and person … couldn’t have done enough for us and was very knowledgeable and made the whole day a fantastic experience… totally recommend this … thanks so much sue xx

    History and Beautiful Views
    The Banff historical walk is an informative and beautiful walk around the Cave and Basin area of Banff. Our guide showed up dressed in historic gear from the era the park was founded (1885). From the start he gave us an option of two tour routes, one with muddy trails, one on mostly paved trails. We went with the muddy trails, but it was appreciated that he gave us a choice. The tour was very interesting giving a history of the founding of Canada’s first National Park, the city of Banff, and the ties to railroads, some questionable characters, and Victorian tourism. The tour was sprinkled with humor, history, and some ecological facts. Highly recommend if you are interested in history presented with humor with breathtaking views.

    Circle West Package Tour
    The Circle West tour by Key West Travels & Tours was both impressive. The tour intelligently broke up the lengthy drive with short stops for restroom breaks, coffee, & snacks/lunch. The attractions lived up to expectations. The tour guide's expertise was greatly appreciated. However, there were instances when time felt limited at certain sites, causing some rush. The driver's delightful humor and captivating stories added to the experience. The accommodations were pleasant, offering cleanliness and comfort. Inclusive breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, I would rate this package tour 4.5 out of 5 stars.
