    Excellent service! Picked me up at my door in Banff and delivered me to the airport ahead of schedule. Kevin was an excellent driver, and took a great detour to avoid a huge delay on the highway! Would definitely recommend!

    Great service!
    Olga and Elyse were our drivers for our wedding in Lake Louise. The vehicles were pristine, and punctuality was on the dot! They were patient when we made them wait a little longer while we were finalising things at the restaurant, and we are so grateful. We recommend!

    Awesome Trip!
    Lynda was a great bus driver, she was very friendly & gave us a lot of good information. We were on an early bus & lucky because it had snowed & they were not allowing the big buses to go up, but we could! We got to enjoy the lake before it got too crowded! Definitely recommend this company!

    Absolutely recommend
    Rob was amazing, professional, prompt and we felt safe with his driving skills and in his nice/comfortable suv (we had a ski bag). He made sure the car was a comfortable temp, great conversation and pointed out sights along the route that we never knew existed.

    Coming from the US and first time to Sunshine Village in Banff was very confusing when arriving and departing outside gondola hours, we considered going elsewhere and after a brief conversation with Jeremy at the office and making the reservation, they were also competitively priced for private car service, we felt more confident. Would absolutely recommend Rob and Banff Transportation.

    I used there bus service, its was great, comfortable and at a reasonable price. They provides free water bottles and will use them again.

    This isn’t any ordinary transfer!
    Josh was great and was really informative. He gave us an orientation of Canmore when we arrived as well as some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area!

    Safest and enjoyable travel ever!
    Excellent service! Highly recommend! Just want to special mention our driver that time! I forgot his name but he’s from Bangladesh! We ride las Sept.10 at 9:30am schedule! Thank you for being so friendly and not a boring driver! Our safest and enjoyable travel with you bud even though it short! Just keep it on!

    Awful shuttle frequency from Lake Moraine to Park n’ Ride
    The first part of the shuttle was fine, we arrived at Lake Louise without any problem, and we were also able to get on the shuttle to visit Lake moraine. When we were ready to go back from Lake Moraine to the park and ride, the line up was incredibly long and they were suppose to have bus every 25 minutes but we were all waiting for like 90minutes, at around 7 pm which should be the last bus to go back to the park and ride, it came with 3 buses and they picked up the majority of the people onto the buses; however, there were still people waiting in line to be picked up. I hope they didn’t end up walking back. I can understand the capacity issue from lake to lake, therefore, you need to control how many people at each lake site, but it shouldn’t be a concern at the park and ride as people are leaving from there. I really hope that Park Canada can change the shuttle frequency from lake moraine to the park and ride.
