    Fantastic massage
    I have massages 3 times a month and have for the last 35years. Today I probably had one of the best massages I have ever had with Adrienne!!!
    She was very experienced with human anatomy and her technique and manipulation of muscles was amazing. I also loved the music she played it was actually music not just sounds.
    The atmosphere and massage table were very comfortable.
    I would highly recommend the 90 minute massage!

    Best Time Ever—Brandon is a Great Guide!
    Brandon guided our group on a work retreat to do the Via Ferrata and we had a blast! I want to bring my family back here to do it again. Totally the best thing to do in Banff. Need to be a little adventurous though.

    Amazing hike and experience with knowledgeable, friendly guides,
    I took a trip with this guiding company to Helen Lake om Banff National Park. From the moment we met on the day of the hike, they were friendly and professional. The hike was fantastic, and the mindfulness activities we did during the hike helped me to slow down and appreciate where we were, as well as, to think more about what was going on in my own life. It was a blast and filled my bucket for the entire week. I would recommend this guiding company to anyone!
