    Lake Louise is brilliant and worth every penny. Phil is a fantastic guide.
    Phil, our driver and guide picked us up on time in a 14 seater mini-bus. He was caring, knowledgable and great fun to be with. He managed to get 14 tourists to get to know each other) and I highly recommend this tour, even if (as was the case) it is raining. So worth while and beautiful. Lake Louise is phenomenal.

    Fun Time!!!
    We had a great time on our canyoning trip with Chris! He was very helpful and patient with us. It was just our family of 4 and the weather was perfect. The hike in to the canyon was a little more than we bargained for but we made it fine (it was a breeze for our twenty something daughters of course). The wet suits were much appreciated as the temperature dropped as you got higher up in the canyon and the water was VERY cold. We all had hiking boots on which was helpful but be prepared for them to be soaked as you will be landing/sliding in to waist deep water. Definitely a fun bucket list activity!

    A beautiful day adventure
    We really enjoyed our tour with Sue. She made the day so much fun! We saw Lake Louise, scenic overlooks, a great lunch spot, and Johnston Canyon. Sue told lots of local stories, history, and kept us entertained and laughing. A great day!

    GREAT DAY HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TRIP
    The trip touched all the Highlights of the area, the Tour Guide had very good knowledge of the area.

    A Great outing recommend it to all, keep in mind there is a lot of walking & stairs.

    Simply the best tour guide out there in Banff...
    As the title suggests, Jerzy is simply the best. This was my second experience of a private trip with him and like last year the experience was top notch. We covered Bow lake, Peyto lake and YOHO national park attractions.
    Jerzy is much much more than a tour guide. He is a story teller and is an expert on all the hidden spots for breathtaking views. The weather was not best but even then the day turned out to be perfect thanks to him going out of the way and ensuring we get the best possible experience. For example he could read the weather patterns to the t and used that to plan out the order of attractions for the day.
    He will also ensure that you avoid the crowded touristic view points and in the process help you experience Banff in a completely unique way.
    I only have the highest recommendation and in my opinion this is the best guided trip out there.

    AAA Rock masters course
    Did the rock masters course with Sasha. I learned a ton about trad and multi pitch rope systems, Sasha went above and beyond by tailoring
    the course to fit my personal alpine climing goals and provided additional information resources for multiple personal objectives. Always a good investment to learn best up to date practices to stay safe on solo objectives.

    Wonderful visit to Banff and Lake Louise
    Our guide was a resident of the area and had extensive experience with the locations we wanted to visit. He was very willing to flex the schedule to our timetable, which we really appreciated.

    Must visit for outdoor lovers!
    Banff National Park and the Rocky Mountains are like a real-life fairytale for outdoor lovers. It was like stepping into a postcard. The mountains are massive, like they touch the sky or something. And the lakes, oh man, they're crystal clear and the bluest blue you've ever seen. I hiked till my legs couldn't take it anymore and spotted some cute wildlife too – like those fluffy mountain goats. Plus, the air there, it's so clean, you just wanna breathe it all in. Banff and the Rockies, they're a nature lover's dream come true.

    A terrific local-led experience
    Sue took us up to the falls but also snuck in extra lookouts whenever she could including the gorgeous natural bridge outside emerald lake and emerald lake too. The small intimate group and Sue’s incredible knowledge made for an amazing day. Do not hesitate to take this tour it is well worth it!

    Best tour of my life
    Words can’t describe how much I enjoyed this tour. Jerzy was knowledgeable and passionate about the history of banff. He even catered the tour such that we managed to avoid crowds, it was truly magical. He also took really good care of me during the tour and helped to take a lot of pictures for me to keep as memory. Definitely recommend going for this tour if you’re visiting banff! You get to visit so many places in just one day and the views are incredible! The small group size also makes it more enjoyable. No regrets joining this tour, thank you jerzy once again for making my first trip to banff such an enjoyable one!

    An awesome trip
    This was an awesome trip!! I liked everything included in the itinerary. It really allowed us to explore what Canada has to offer. I especially loved the mountains there, I had no idea Canada had any! Visiting Lake Morain and its turquoise water is a must do as well, which this tour includes. Great planning by Charlie and his company.

    Great guide. Horrible refund policy! Find another service.
    Look for another service. Our guide was great, but their refund policy is horrible! No refund within 3 weeks of service doesn’t work during COVID and flight cancellations. One of our kids got COVID, so my wife and her didn’t make trip. No refund! We got refund on lift tickets. We got refund on ski rentals. During COVID and dealing with cancelled flights you need a more flexible refund policy for your family. Don’t select Alpine.
