    Banff tour
    The trip we took was so good.Bryan was our driver and guide and was the the best. He was very informative.funny and patient.Bryan made us all feel very welcome. I really enjoyed this tour.

    Everything is breathtakingly beautiful, but Lake Morraine is the best.
    Although the entire area of Banff is spectacular, I especially liked Lake Morraine. Wished it hadn’t been raining, but despite that and the low-lying clouds, The lake, the rock pile, and the entire area are magnificent!
    Gordon, our tour guide, was knowledgeable, very helpful, & had a sense of humor.
    I highly recommend this tour.

    Loved the view!
    If you are considering this gondola or the one at Lake Louise, choose this one. Much better views, chairs to sit in and enjoy the view and, possibly, nice weather. Also a couple of places to get food and a gift shop. We did both gondolas, would do this one again. Be aware, get to a bus stop in the Banff town center to get a bus pass to go up to the starting point.

    Icemazing!
    An unforgettable experience. All staff were amazing, ensuring we had lots of interesting information on the way to and from the icefield. Of particular note was Tex, our driver across the icefield. His bubbly personality and humour made a wonderful trip even better.

    A great experience - run by a friendly experienced team
    This was a great experience so see and actually stand on a glacier. The journey up was in two stages coach to the 1st staging post then the specially terrain trucks to the glacier. Good commentary on the way up on the history and geography and our driver was excellent. Views excellent from the top only negative was would have valued a little more time on the glacier.

    Picturesque indeed. A little bit of everything.
    A little bit of everything. Don’t get to do the full hikes or go to other lookouts due to time restrictions however still get great pictures and views. Maybe more time in Banff would be good.

    Awesome day seeing famous lakes!
    The bus a little late arriving but guide apologized. After that guide was friendly, informative and very pleasant. She gave lots of helpful tips! The scenery was stunning! Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.

    not exactly as advertised but still a very worthwhile experience
    From the pictures, it makes it appear you are right by the water but you are only by the Bow River for a small part of the tour, and that too at a further distance than seen in the pictures. It is a beautiful tour of the forest and with the crisp air it makes for a nice experience. I however had a rotund and hungry horse where the saddle slid off and I almost fell off the horse completely. The poor tour guides had to help me hand mount the horse which at my age and inexperience was a challenge! My husband with a bad back probably should not have done this in the first place but he did so at my insisting (so I will be making it up to him). It is a lovely and unique experience still and the tour guides were wonderful-my comments would be maybe having an amplification system that wouldn't scare the horses so that people in the back of the ride can hear the history from the front tour guide, and to take my horse Bjorn (who was gorgeous but a snacker) out of the rotation because the saddle doesn't fit him well and is prone to falling off. I have a sense of humor fortunately and thought it was funny but my husband nearly had a heart attack seeing me falling off the horse, grabbing on to Bjorn's mane so I wouldn't twist my ankle in the stirrup. Thank you especially to Iyana (?sp) for saving me! She was a sweetheart. Everyone else on the tour seemed to have an enjoyable and uneventful experience!

    Great private tour with Jobo
    We really enjoyed this private tour on Sept 8, 2023. A bit about us:
    2 couples about 60 years old on our first trip to Canadian Rockies.
    Booking was seamless through Trip Advisor, and we were happy to have the free cancellation up to 1 day in advance, since this tour is best with sunshine.
    Luckily we didn't need to cancel. I had a few questions ahead of time, for which I messaged the tour company (ABest Transport and Tour Services) directly. Responses were timely and clear. We wanted to ensure we could customize the proposed itinerary based on the weather, our needs, what we'd already seen, etc. The answer was Yes. Also, we clarified that we could stop for lunch at some point, which we didn't end up doing after all, but we took a small cooler of snacks, which was perfect to eat in the van between destinations. Jobo was a fantastic tour guide! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the area, and we had great conversation all day. He was flexible (thank you for taking us to clean rest areas for our bathroom breaks!) and customized the trip to our wishes. He used his knowledge to enhance our trip. For example, he walked us directly to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake viewpoints, anticipating what we would/would not want to do there. Prior to each stop, he explained the terrain, suggested walks/hikes, or simply told us that this location is just a 20 minute stop to view something. We liked the itinerary, and the order of the day (furthest destination first, working backward toward home base. The tour wasn't cheap, for sure, but well worth it. Parking at all of the popular sights is very difficult and crowded, even Sept 8; but having designated parking for private tours, which is closer than bus parking and car parking, saved us so much time and headache. Jobo even took photos of us at Moraine Lake and emailed them to us after the trip. Thank you Jobo for a very memorable day!!

    Best Day Trip Experience with hidden gems
    Habib is the best tour guide you can ask for, he keeps the car clean, showed up on time and makes the whole day trip fun! He brought us to Lake Louise, but also some beautiful less touristy breath taking spot, hoodoo trail might be my favorite. Also, he takes really nice photos and creative about photo ideas. My friend and I have so much fun and we will definitely recommend Habib to anyone who is interested in taking a day trip to Banff and have a customized best experience

    Great cruise and hike
    Staff are great and boat was clean and comfortable. Great way to see lake Minnewanka and learn about its history and ecology. Enjoyed the one hour cruise. And had time for a nice hike before the cruise. Get there early.

    Recommend for an informative and slow paced trip.
    If you want a lovely gentle paced activity this is for you. It was a great way to spend a few hours, really informative and the food was tasty. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, even the two young adults had a good time.

    A beautiful day adventure
    We really enjoyed our tour with Sue. She made the day so much fun! We saw Lake Louise, scenic overlooks, a great lunch spot, and Johnston Canyon. Sue told lots of local stories, history, and kept us entertained and laughing. A great day!

    Relax and take in your surroundings
    We thoroughly enjoyed our canoe ride. Emily, our guide, was amazing. She was able to tell us so much about the flora and fauna and the history. All of the team were so helpful and friendly. We would totally recommend as it gives you a different feel to a hike, with a view from the river.

    Banff Sightseeing
    I would recommend this trip if you are a first time visitor to Banff and surrounds. Unfortunately the trip I took didn’t discover much wildlife, we did see a bear, but the elk and mountain goats remained elusive. Our driver/guide Annik was excellent, very knowledgeable on history and peculiarities of Banff. Very enjoyable trip. I also included the Mt. Sulphur gondola ride with the wildlife tour, Annik dropped us off after arranging our tickets for the ride and we were picked up at designated time and transported back to our accomodation. The gondola ride was exhilarating for one who doesn’t enjoy heights, the scenery of Banff and surrounds incredible, and I also indulged in a delicious lunch at the Sky Bistro.
