The bed was very comfortable. Temperature control was perfect. There was a gas log fireplace for ambiance. The staff were super helpful. He arrived before time at the appointed pick up point and was always conscious of keeping time for the tour's duration. Flawless execution is what I would characterize the day tour's duration. To keep monotony to a minimum during the long drive to Banff and the 3 lakes (Louise, Moraine and Minnewanka) and back to Calgary, he would intersperse music with anecdotes (from his real life experience as guide). Of course that has brought monotony to a minimum. Also, very accommodating in pointing out the best photo spots. In our case, he even took our photo as a couple. - soo Y1 contributionThis is a great tour for visit good points(Lake Louise, Morain Lake, Banff downtown) in one day. The view points were amazing and I took a lot of pictures too. Our tour guid Phil he was so nice, explained us variety things about tour points and made the tour comfortable. - BoardingPass2767191 contributionBeing our first time in Banff, we knew there was a lot to see so chose this private tour that really made the most of our time and we were able to see so much more than other tours offer. Kicking Horse Falls Natural Bridge was a favorite as well as Takakkaw Falls and the Spiral Tunnels. The mountains were beautiful as well as the lakes; Peyto Lake really showed off that brilliant turquoise color. As a bonus, Rahul took group photos for us at many of the sights. One highlight was seeing a small bear at the end of our tour, in the town of Canmore! - Marcos N1 contributionMost likely one of the most beautiful places I had the opportunity to visit in my life. There is no downside and every day a new adventure with amazing views surprised me. If I had to choose a top place it would be Lake Moraine/Lake Louise.
