    Just go!
    From pickup to drive there and back, Jess (I think) was a great driver/tour guide. Narration was spot on and gave us plenty of time to explore at each spot.
    So glad I got to see Banff and Lake Louise again, this time in early winter

    Loved this tour and the gondola was a true highlight!
    Jesse was so friendly and incredible with safety in the snowy conditions. The tour was always on time, and made a long day feel like it went by quickly. This was the best way to see so many spots in Banff that we would have never seen by taking our own car. Many other tour buses were not able to fit in the same spots we could with this smaller bus. And every place we stopped at was so beautiful! The gondola was a highlight. It’s scary but safe and the views are magical on the way up.

    An adventure of a lifetime
    Jerzey hosted us for a few days and he was the most knowledgeable tour guide we have ever had. The excursions he took us on were breathtaking in there beauty and his understanding of the history made it a complete package. Jerzy is very kind and engaging.

    Book, you'll not regret this!
    I do bike tours wherever I travel to, this is by far the best one yet. Joshua was an amazing tour guide, with a great sense of humor. He even taught me great tips for taking photos and videos. He provided the history behind each site. This tour will allow you to see most of the city. We ended up on a hill top with an incredibly breathtaking view of the city. Don't hesitate, book this!

    Ssee Calgary from Many Perspectives
    We had a free day in Calgary at the start of a Rocky Mountaineer trip. The Calgary City Tour provided a good way to see the city sights. This was billed as a bus tour, but it was actually a small van, just perfect for the 4 of our family group and a driver. There was, in fact a great selection of stops providing many different perspectives of
    Calgary. It is hard to say which was our favorite. We could never have gotten to all of these places on our own. One slight negative was needing to walk a bit to get from our central hotel to the remote start of the tour. On the plus side, our driver rearranged things so that our last stop was the tower, which was right by our hotel. Our one wish was that the driver would have known more about local history. Fortunately, we have begun to get some of this from Rocky Mountaineer.

    Full Day Private Tour of Banff
    The private tour was fantastic. Jeff, our driver, picked us up at hotel and took us directly to Lake Louise. The tour company has their own parking spots close to the entrance to the Lake. When watching other visitors having to be bused into the entrance, due to a lack of parking; I knew I had made the right choice.

    The rest of the day went smoothly. The driver was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. The car was clean with extra leg room for tall individuals. I would recommend the full day private tour of Banff to anyone.

    Awesome Banff trip
    I had a memorable trip to Banff, Alberta with Calgary tours. Our tour guide Jesse was fun and also took amazing photos of us. I am definitely going to book another tour with them if I visit Calgary again.

    Calgary Tours - very poor experience
    The guide was Jessie! I am not sure why you think he is a good guide! His English is terrible! He was more interested in timing than care of passengers. 10 minutes for a washroom break for 54 people?? It was my first time traveling with Calgary Tours and don’t think I’ll travel with them again! Jessie was oblivious of a gentleman, wearing only flip flops, taking them off and stretching his feet unto my seat, callouses, sores, etc. His knowledge was scripted and if a question was asked he couldn’t answer it! I have never seen the tipping procedure anywhere else in the world! Jessie announces that he’s coming by for his tip and ticks off your name on a sheet of paper. This should be told in advance to passengers or envelopes provided?
    Our driver was Barry and he was excellent!

    Great easy way to get from C to B (Calgary to Banff!)
    On time service with lovely driver (with a good sense of humour). Really good staff at Calgary airport to point us in the right direction. The bus was modern and comfortable and it even had a toilet. The journey was smooth and we arrived 15 mins early. Altogether a good trip.

    Experiencing the lakes
    Thanks to Jessica Foo who was our tour group guided and wonderful driver - how drive is safely.
    This was a large group to coordinate with many stop offs and pick ups to start with.
    Jessica coped well.
    The sights were brilliant.
    Maybe advise future participants to bring water and a possible snack.
    It’s a a worthwhile experience - the lakes are all amazing.

    A fun way to experience Calgary
    This was so much fun! Not only are the electric scooters fun to ride on and allows you to see more of downtown Calgary than a regular walking tour, but Joshua is an amazing guide! Be prepared to be amazed at the cool facts and historical information as he takes you to each destination. He's super knowledgeable and really engaging. I have learned so much about Calgary now. Highly recommend!
