- FredDevon, UK11 contributionsVivo Green cancelled our booking the day before our trip to Lake Louise. They offered us an upgrade but we would have to pay an additional 180 dollars with only 10% discount! It felt as if they were backing us into a corner as it is so difficult to book anything the day before. " Pay more or you can't go". We are only here for a few days from the UK with children. If businesses cancel, they should provide an alternative without the customers having to pay an additional cost. Vivo Green are already an expensive option and were only interested in taking more money than caring for the customers. We refused their disingenuous offer. Feeling very upset and let down we visited the wonderful Tourist information centre who managed to book the trip to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake for less than our original price! I recommend you work with Banff Tourist information the staff were genuinely interested ensuring we have the best time. - Jimmy6 contributionsThe staff was friendly, an the environment was alright. The bus is extremely unstable and wobbly, and the air was unfresh. Everything else looked fine. The washroom is extremely tiny, and I had to crouch down to be able to fit inside. I would give it a rating of 4/5 points because it isn't actually "luxurious" as it was stated on the website, but it was much better than other competitors! Our guide Lisa was very knowledgeable, gave great information about each place, and made sure the group was well taken care of during the tour. - Barbara M2 contributionsDo not choose this limo service. The booking was easy. We did not get the vehicle that I had ordered. It did not have running boards so we women dressed for the evening had to step up about 2.5 feet. At first the limo smelled like a dirty hockey bag. There was no ice so we had to bring a cooler with ice. The driver was on time and courteous but very dishevelled, shirt hanging out of his pants as the evening proceeded. I was to meet up with a group of solo travelers at a hotel, however after making enquires at a number of desks I was directed to Allied Airport Shuttle where Jane arraigned for me to be taken to the hotel at a reasonable cost. The only con was we’re supposed to have a bottle of champagne “on the house” and at the end we didn’t get any. As such, most of time we were unsure of what was next. Having said that we were happy with the revised tour. Tour guides were excellent.
