In support to my statement, i would like to mention the names, Mr. Hamza, Mr. Abbas and Ms. Nasreen from Housekeeping department for their professional approach and meanwhile i would like to thank the previously mentioned employee of the Ramada Plaza.

The tasting was incredible, the mulled wine by the fire pit with s’mores was an amazing addition to the experience. Will definitely be back during the summer to spend an afternoon.

From the moment he arrived (right on time), we knew we were in for a great day.
Dave's positive energy and great vibes set the tone for the entire tour. I highly recommend Dave. It was a very fun and different experience than any winery tour we have seen before, the views are beautiful and all 3 winery’s were perfect! You really get a feel of 3 different vibes between then all.
Gareth was very welcoming and informative about the whole process, We will definitely be booking a tour with them again on our next trip to Kelowna.

The tour picked us up from our hotel and we visited five local wineries, including lunch at the spectacular Lookout restaurant at the monk winery. Melanie was a great host with her shuttle, on time, decorated and included water for everyone! The shuttle was clean and spacious and Melanie was very friendly and accommodating.
