Service was prompt and efficient and they kept in touch well before the trips. I particularly appreciated that the shuttle adjusted to a late arrival for me when my flight from Vancouver had to be de-iced so I could not notify them of the delay. - Lynn H3 contributionsWonderful tour to 4 unusual and excellent wineries. Guide Cherry was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable, and she was very familiar with all the owners. One other couple was on the same tour with us and we all had a great time together. Cherry was an excellent and conscientious driver and that allowed us all to relax and have a great time. - Joleen C2 contributionsI rented a limo for my sisters 40th birthday for a wine tour. It was a special occasion so I wanted the best limo they had, and was quoted $200 per hour. The limo arrived and right away it was clear that the pictures online were from a brand new limo, where this was many years old. The speakers were blown so music was unbarable to listen to, AC barely worked, and the leather interior was falling off the sides (we took pics it was so bad). I would not have complained, but the limo driver took some wrong turns and cost us 15 min before our last stop, and never gave us a warning of the distance to our drop off location. We ended up being dropped off 30min after our scheduled time, and my credit card was charged $100 (15min was caused by the driver). I emailed many times and the only response I would get is that "you were over time"
Worst experience with a limo company. If you are spending $1,260 for a limo for a wine tour, you would expect a little courtesy and a quality product.
