    When my children were stuck at camp with the West Kelowna wildfires I trusted Lou to evacuate them when we couldn’t even fly in with flights cancelled ...we met them in Oosoyos. Cheers really cares about their community and went above and beyond giving up their precious hours to help rescue our three precious angels!

    Great service and value.
    Great service to Silverstar to the door and back from Perry and Russ. Clean vehicles, on time and safe driving. I’d recommend them and will certainly use them again.

    Fun and Amazing Experience
    Peter was friendly and a professional and knowledgeable guide. We had a wonderful experience and I can say that it was one of the best water ride for me, my family and my friends. Will definitely go back and ride again. I would highly recommend Peter of Kelowna Water Taxi & Cruises for your next adventure.

    Great service!
    We used Kelowna Concierge for our pick up at the airport to our hotel and return. Even though our flight was over an hour late the driver kept in touch with us and got us to our destination making the first lag of our trip stress free.

    Best Shuttle and Tours in Kelowna!
    Elite Mile Shuttle offers the best service! During a recent trip to Kelowna, they took us from Kelowna airport to the hotel and back to the airport at the end of our trip. They were easy to deal with, professional and responsible, communicated promptly and clearly, and reliably on time. We will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended!

    The best boat tour in Kelowna!
    This was an amazing experience! My friends and I was looking at what else we could do in Kelowna and we found this! Very unique boat tour! We didn’t plan this tour we just saw it online and thought of trying it and we were so happy that we did! It was a fun relaxing morning. The captain was very nice and accommodating! We just booked the one-hour tour! We will surely book again next summer and we will surely bring some drinks!😉
    Ps. The boat is so beautiful and elegant unique design! Hawaiian vibes!

    Lake Country Wine Tour - Do not book this company
    I have used this company twice in the last month for 2 separate wine tours. With our first tour Dave was our driver and the service was impeccable. However, Dave is the only professional that works for this company. For our second tour we had a different driver who was sub-par to say the least. Professionalism and service were not his priority. In speaking with the manager, Risheel about this matter, it is obvious that professionalism is not the focus of this company. Attitude is all that was received in response to my comments regarding our second driver. He stated their car is their #1 priority (not service provided to his customers). When I mentioned that the back of the limo went off the road while our second driver was looking at his cell phone, his response was to check the GPS system for a 'pause' during the drive. I can assure you there was no 'pause' as we were driving at 50km/hr and he had to swerve the car to avoid the whole car from going in the ditch.

    On both occasions we booked this company, they said they would make a reservation at Grey Monk winery for our lunch. Our first reservation was made but at the wrong time and when we arrived during our second wine tour for our lunch there was NO reservation made in our name.

    The manager of the company cut off our conversation so quickly, while discussing my disappointment with him that he had to call me back to get my credit card number. As I answered the phone I could hear him say "now she will not answer the phone". When I said that I would answer the phone and that his comment was very rude, he replied that he was talking about another customer, lol.

    Good luck if you decide to book this company for any business in Kelowna.

    Great service
    Great designated driving service we’ve used a few times to get ourselves and our friends home safely. Also, there is an easy to use online booking website to plan ahead.

    Low Quality Limo, Premium Price, will over bill your credit card
    I rented a limo for my sisters 40th birthday for a wine tour. It was a special occasion so I wanted the best limo they had, and was quoted $200 per hour. The limo arrived and right away it was clear that the pictures online were from a brand new limo, where this was many years old. The speakers were blown so music was unbarable to listen to, AC barely worked, and the leather interior was falling off the sides (we took pics it was so bad). I would not have complained, but the limo driver took some wrong turns and cost us 15 min before our last stop, and never gave us a warning of the distance to our drop off location. We ended up being dropped off 30min after our scheduled time, and my credit card was charged $100 (15min was caused by the driver). I emailed many times and the only response I would get is that "you were over time"

    Worst experience with a limo company. If you are spending $1,260 for a limo for a wine tour, you would expect a little courtesy and a quality product.

    Choose on of the other companies if you want quality and not to get taken advantage of.

    Bachelorette wine tour
    We booked the limo to transport our group to privately booked destinations. Kim our driver was excellent - great, personable service! Van was clean, spacious and comfortable.

    Spectacular and must experience activity in Kelowna
    About a scenic 40 minute ride from downtown Kelowna. The last 8kms are up a twisty gravel road. Lots of parking at top. Bike rentals at the top for $40 for 4 hours.

    The trail is breathtaking as it curves percipitously around the mountain edge, going over trestles, and through a pair of tunnels. If you are scared of heights this is not for you.

    The trail is 12kms long and lots of people get a taste of the trail by walking it, but cycling gives you the opportunity to see all of it if you wish. If you are doing a part if the trail, beginning at Myra Canyon is the best starting point.

    Saw chipmunks and quail along the way.
