We walked, but wished we had rented bikes to do the whole 24 km return. We made it to tunnel 2 , was about the 3 km mark. What a fantastic trail. Very easy to walk - nicely grades and flat. The only tricky part of the visit was the drive up to the top…very rough. Wouldn’t attempt the drive on spring time or wet weather unless you have an off road vehicle. Would definitely come back and rent bikes to do the whole trail.

The place is good for families with children who love small animals.

It's great seeing kangaroos here and sugar sliders, wallabies, emus, peacocks, and other small animals.

I love that they allow the kids to feed the animals. The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly.
My children love the experience though.

Excellent views of Kelowna & the okanagan lake when hiking to the midway ((or the top if you’re up to it). The hike midway can be made on pavement or on the trail. The second half of the main hike can be daunting but well worth it. It’s on a trail and can be slippery when it’s rained. There are several other trails to partake in on the mountain. Has a good enclosed dog run along the side. Plenty of parking on site or on the street.

We held our Church's Fall Family Festival here and it was outstanding!!! The staff was incredible, the venue was beautiful, and the families all had so much fun! We were allowed to bring out own BBQ, food, face painter, and so much more! The kids loved the hedge maze and pulling each other around on the rickshaws! The airbrush tattoos were also a huge hit! Would definitely recommend... 10/10 all around! :-)

Small zen garden just off the lakefront in Kelowna. If you’re looking for a calming place to take in a garden and water feature this is the place. Bring your lunch or a coffee and take a few minutes to enjoy.

Very nicely done with wooden bridges, small waterwalls, lovely plants and trees. Get to see the water, art installations, and check out the 'fancy' houses. A great way to stroll and can step off to go to the many restaurants in the cultural district.

This lovely waterfront park is adjacent to the downtown Marina. It is a beautiful place for a leisurely stroll or activities such as swimming, sunbathing, watersports, beach volleyball etc. We also saw an inflated floating playground on the lake for the kids. The park offers a wonderful view of Okanagan Lake. There are a number of restaurants offering a wide choice of cuisines within walking distance. All in all, a great place to spend an afternoon or evening or the entire day.

Boyce-Gyro Beach Park has a Very Nice Beach. It is well maintained and has a good family friendly feel to it. Summer weekends can be overly busy. You really want to visit on a weekday if you can. If it was not so busy I would give 5 Stars without hesitation.

Great place to walk. Yet so close to town. Distances well marked so can be a short or long walk, pity it's not circular. Shared with bikes. If you want to get away from people and wine this is the perfect place to do it.

Came here on Wednesday and Saturday near the end of August. The Saturday one definitely has the most vendors. Even went to the small one on Sunday at the waterfront.

Parking is challenging if you're coming from the South side of Kelowna. The first time we went was on Wednesday and we parked at the mall across the street. The second time on Saturday we found the dirt parking lot beside the market that you can get in from the North side.

There was a good selection of vendors from alchohol, soda, honey, fruit and vegetables, crafts, food trucks and everything in between.

It was a great way to spend an hour or so wandering down the aisles taking a look at all the offerings. It can get quite crowded on Saturday's so watch out for that.

6 trailers fit nicely on the group campsite. We had an excellent time playing games outdoors with lots of space. Hot though even at the very end of summer as there is no shade. Single sites farther in had tree cover though. Clean sites and we will definitely return.
