This is a place of beauty and peace. Just being here makes one reflect on how fortunate we are to be in such a beautiful province.

This is the best farmers market, the fruit and vegetables are very inexpensive and fresh. There is nothing better then strolling down main street on a Saturday, meeting locals and enjoying great food and warm weather.
Thank you to the vendors for all of your hard work

Besides having lots of books, mostly reasonably priced, the staff are very willing to help you find whatever you are looking for. Most of the shelves are well-organized, even though there are a lot of them on the floor that haven't yet been placed on those overflowing shelves. Definitely a necessary Penticton experience.

We stumbled upon this winery by chance while visiting Red Rooster. The colourful "hippie van" drew me in! We were personally and warmly greeted by the owner, Prudance Ruby. The wine tasting was wonderful and informative. It was one of my top winery experiences and I am strongly considering joining their wine club!

We love to climb the trails. We never get tired of the views. We visit here as often as possible which is definitely at least once a week.

We visited the ship during a rainy day in Penticton. It was an amazing stop and one of the highlights of our trip. The ship is in great condition and has been well maintained. It represents and important part of the history of BC and Canada. the story is very well told as you tour the ship.
I was impressed at the splendour of the ship and an only imagine how impressive it was in its prime.
This is a must see in Penticton.

This is an outstanding winery and vineyard. Set on the bench above Skaha Lake, their tasting room offer expansive views of the landscape and the lake. There is a beautiful patio with generous seating.

Charcutier boards are available to enjoy with your wine.

A great date afternoon for couples.

The main gates were still closed for the season when we arrived, so we are very happy we found the alternative car park at the end of Evergreen drive. There were only 2 other cars there and only saw a couple of rock climbers out on the hike - a real hidden treasure! Snow was turning to slush, so cleats came in very handy. The initial climb had me stripped down to a t-shirt within 10 minutes, great views across the city and Lake, some more technical sections involved a bit of scrambling and path finding. We tried finding the bat cave but it the paths are not signposted at all, so ended up sitting at the peak and soaking up the sun for a bit instead. Relied on the mapsme and strava apps to find our way. As someone who hates elevation gain, the epic scenery made the effort well worth it (be sure to go on a clear day!)

We had an excellent evening of wine tasting and good food, thanks to Rose and the kitchen crew. The chance to match one of their wines with our chosen mains before ordering a suitable wine was much appreciated. Our shared olive appy, followed by mains of risotto and beef stroganoff were excellent. It was a relaxed evening with much chat with Rose. We’ll be back.

The view from their patio is lovely. We came here for a tasting and charcuterie combo. With covid-19 our food item was served in disposable containers which brought down the experience a notch but happily enjoyed.

They were sold out of most of their usual wines as it is so late in the year. We tried the 3 fortified wines and really liked them all. Our host was super friendly and knowledgeable. Our favorites of the 3 fortified wines we tried were the N V Liqueur Muscat and the Vintage Port. We will keep ordering both and will have it on our must stop each time we visit the area.

We sort of stumble upon it and only did a short portion ofbit through Naramata as we had really basic vintage bikes from the BandB but it was SPECTACULAR. I would totally come back to the region and rent good bikes and do it all day! You cycle through orchards and vineyards, the views are breathtaking, its easy... great morning!

Nice little winery with a beautiful patio. Unfortunately the weather was not fantastic and we didn't get a chance to enjoy the patio. Wines were good, but a little pricier than some other places. The staff was very friendly, but our host was not knowledgeable about wine. There was a beautiful singer while we were tasting, but it was too loud and a little distracting.
