When you go to a boutique winery, you expect to be served some nice wines. Well, when you go to Ruby Blues Winery you get this and a lot more. You will receive a tasting of some stellar varietals and I rank them right up there with any of the other Naramata / Penticton wineries. The grounds are so picturesque and the view looking out over the vineyards down towards Lake Okanagan is so memorable. The 60’s theme is perfectly captured by their use of decorated VW’s But the real treat you will get at RB’s Winery is your interaction with the people who work there. They are very experienced with their varietals, but they have lived here and know the history, the culture and vibe of the wine area. Whether you are served by Kerry, Sharon or Geraldine, you will thoroughly enjoy their knowledge, their passion and their wit in addition to a great tasting. We certainly did and will definitely return again to Ruby Blues with our family & friends.

Excellent location for good food and wine. Executive chef Evan does an outstanding job, Mady also in service. Thanks for a beautiful evening. We will be back in May 2024.

They were sold out of most of their usual wines as it is so late in the year. We tried the 3 fortified wines and really liked them all. Our host was super friendly and knowledgeable. Our favorites of the 3 fortified wines we tried were the N V Liqueur Muscat and the Vintage Port. We will keep ordering both and will have it on our must stop each time we visit the area.

The view from their patio is lovely. We came here for a tasting and charcuterie combo. With covid-19 our food item was served in disposable containers which brought down the experience a notch but happily enjoyed.

I had an amazing tasting today with the very knowledgeable Cheryl as she was engaging and accommodating . I would like to explain on the accommodating. I arrived with two club members and since the tasting room was full we asked the patio staff if we could have our tasting there. We were denied which I was perplexed as there was only one table occupied on the patio. At this point I was wondering why my two friends were members?!? When we went back into the tasting room (still full)so that they could just pick up their club order and forgo a tasting we were met with the lovely Cheryl . She was apparently not allowed to seat us in the near empty patio but however set us up at a barrel just outside the tasting room for a lovely tasting experience. Cheryl saved our experience from being a sour one to a positive.

Our visit to Pentage Winery was first class from beginning to end.

Just a short drive from Skaha Lake in South Penticton, Pentage Winery is beautifully situated overlooking the lake.

The tasting room is welcoming, roomy and breezy on a warm day. Tasting fees are refunded with purchase. In addition to numerous wines, Pentage had juice, cheeses and chilled wines available for purchase. Shaded picnic tables (overlooking Skaha Lake) are a really nice touch.

We were offered a variety of wines and sampled several. We very much enjoyed both their whites and reds. The entire tasting experience was greatly enhanced by a host who introduced each of the wines enthusiastically, providing background information and thoughtful insight.

Highly recommended for locals and visitors to the South Okanagan.

Nice little winery with a beautiful patio. Unfortunately the weather was not fantastic and we didn't get a chance to enjoy the patio. Wines were good, but a little pricier than some other places. The staff was very friendly, but our host was not knowledgeable about wine. There was a beautiful singer while we were tasting, but it was too loud and a little distracting.

Did a wine tasting with family. Was a cooler day so we went into the lounge area. Very quiet and relaxing. The host was very knowledgable and never rushed us. A wonderful experience.

I've been a club member for more than a year and had the chance to taste some of the wines prior to visiting. I was looking forward to this tasting.

We tasted all of their wines and it is on the top of the list of the wines we had in the valley. The reds are soooo good and will get better if aged.

We had the chance to talk with the owner, John, for a good 10 minutes. We really appreciated this. Thanks for the chat, John.

I will definitely come back to this winery when I'm back in this region.

Set in the old Penmar movie theatre TIME Family of Wines bridges past with present in this beautiful urban winery. State of the art, elegant and cosmopolitan with its refurbished ceiling and beams it’s both alluring and warm. Created by the legendary McWatters family(2018) whom were one of the pioneers in the valley (Sumac Ridge) now pass the torch to Ron & Shelley Mayert with every intention to maintain the wonderful legacy.

WM Lynzee Schatz is a new addition but this Charles Sturt University graduate has made wine in Ontario, Australia, and California. Very personable and passionate about great wine.

A special and celebratory night with the unveiling of their new passion project and direction, OROLO. A slight remodel, new perspective on dining and stunning cocktail bar this is comfortably the breath of fresh air the South Okanagan needed.

Culinary Director Chef Kirk Morrison (George Brown, apprenticed with Chef Lynn Crawford at Four Seasons, Restaurant 18, Cibo Trattoria, Saltlik) is pairing with Head Chef Damian Cole and Dan Vichitthavong to present a beautifully crafted seasonal, locally sourced menu. Focus is high quality dry-aged BC farmed beef along with lovely seafood, vegetarian and local favourite options (the burger!). Sensational! Chef Morrison’s expertise, energy and passion definitely translates through to the presentation. I’ve always enjoyed Chef Cole’s menu and this refresh showcases his talent!

Seeing Harry’s vision carry forward with the Mayert’s and with new life of Chef Morrison the McWatters family can be proud! Can’t wait to come back- it’s a “must visit”!

Thank you Christa-Lee for the invite, Orolo is destined for great things! Thank you Lavina for the wonderful and warm service and setting up the private tour with Tom. Pleasure to meet you Chef Morrison and I wish for your success! 🏆🍷🥂🍇

If you enjoy the lovely wine experience here you should see the satellite location at the world class District Wine Village! 🍷🥂☀️

Our favourite winery on the Naramata Bench. Have not stayed here but we always visit their winery. The wines are exceptional. Views are stunning from their patio and also from inside. Very friendly staff.

We LOVED our experience at Laughing Stock. Vera was amazing, she did a great presentation, and she was extremely entertaining. And the wine was some of my favorites I have ever tried. We would 100% recommend this winery.
