There were a lot of food options here and it was all good! We sat outside under a covered area. It was loud but we still enjoyed our meal.

I had a lot of fun at the improv theatre, during the late night show. The Cast is very talented, and I especially enjoyed it appeared like they were having fun as well, which I always love to see. I sat at the tables, which I was a bit intimidated at first, because I was worried I would get heckled or dragged on stage when I wasn't prepared for it, but that wasn't the case and they only expect crowd involvement if the audience is wiling to volunteer. However it is very intimate where instead of like a stand up or a play you can sense the cast acknowledging your presence.

All and all a great place to go with friends, a great date night too. Tickets were only 10$ 17$ with a drink. There was lots of laughing, but I honestly just enjoyed watching the cast perform various scenarios as they are all great actors and entertainers.

Nice old industrial converted building. Great beers. Very friendly. Can lock your bike in view. Patio outdoors.

About 100 years old and not missing a beat (in every sense). It opened as the Commodore Ballroom once upon a time and still retains its Art Deo character.

On the street level it is all retail but upstairs, the spring dance floor and all the flavor still awe performers and patrons alike.

I arrived right at 5, staff was phenomenal and the beer selection was fantastic. We popped next door and ordered a Neapolitan pizza which we were able to enjoy inside the Boxcar. The music was kept at a reasonable volume to allow conversation. I'll definitely be back to try everything on tap!

MADE IN ITALY - By Farren Timoteo (March 17–April 17, 2022) on the Granville Island Stage is a must Go See show, whether you're Italian or not.
A good friend, who's Italian, recommended the show to us. We were to go to the Andre Rieu concert that was cancelled, so we were able to get tickets for Made In Italy. Well what a treat that was. Farren Timoteo was Great. Talented, funny, energetic, personable...and really drew in the audience to his story and tales of growing up Italian in a ' coming-of-age story '.
    A talented man.
A great show that you should check out.

While staying at a Hostel down the road, a new group of friends and I went to check out The Roxy. There was a band the night we went so there was a line to get in and a cover once we got up to the front. It was packed inside, so I didn't get a drink, but we made our way to the dance floor. Overall the band was good and the dance floor was fun. Definitely a place for a younger crowd. Do not come here if you plan to sit and talk! :)

We were staying the Delta nearby and stopped in here on the Sunday for a few drinks. Didn't realize what it actually was until we entered. They have about 5-6 golf simulators along with tables and bar top to sit.
Service was friendly - asked a few questions and were told that Sundays & Mondays provide 50% off the bookings. We ended up booking for 2 hours on the Monday and had a great time. They have beer specials each day and the menu is small but provides some food if interested.
Great little place to spend a few hours and swing the clubs! Very glad we wandered in here.

Just up the hill from the Hornby seabus stop, you’ll find the most delightful distillery tucked away in a small spot. The proprietors are friendly, the drinks are creative and refreshing, and if you were looking for special gin, special tonic, or some great Christmas presents, check them out!

This straight friendly gay bar on Denman Street offers tasty, affordable food at a most reasonable cost. The other night I enjoyed two pieces of tasty deep fried cod, It came with fries and coleslaw and the cost was an affordable $13.00.

This is a typical British pub with the food and drinks to match. Incredibly popular especially when the sun's out and you want a pavement table !! If you are eating inside, it becomes more of a sports bar with numerous televisions showing sports from around the world. Great craich, good service if a little slow with the food at times. A lovely place to unwind after a day being a tourist. One street away from Canada Place. Recommend the cottage pie, bangers and mash, burger with a side Clam chowder. Many beers on tap. Enjoy.

I love the Yuk Yuk’s chain of comedy shops. They always have great headliners and the host was just as funny. The food was ok, nothing overwhelming. And the service was perfect.
