It was an absolutely excellent evening - thanks very much to Long Table, your team and your sushi partner! Chad does a really great job on the cocktail side, both making them and showing us how to make some.
For the sushi part, Kelly of Pine Sushi did a very good job too with her chef Kai, and it was a lot of fun for the team to first listen and watch how to make sushi, and then move on to make our own.
