This was such an amazing massage! We did a couples oil massage and it was the best we have ever had. Very professional and attending to your sore spots. They massage very well and also stretch you out after. Sooooo relaxing! Will definitely come back when we travel to Vancouver again.

My husband and I booked reflexology foot massages at the location. I received a massage from Momoko---hands-down the best massage I've ever received! Jenny gave my husband an incredible reflexology foot massage, as well. Highly recommended!! And their prices are great!

I had a full body massage with Niall. The 75 minute length was perfect. The room was small, but clean. Highly recommend!

My friend and i came for manicures after a trip that had largely been cancelled due to covid-19. The spa was still open and we were provided with absolutely excellent customer service!! We went early and enjoyed the sauna and eucalyptus steam rooms. Then we relaxed on comfy chaise chairs until our appointment. Our nail technicians were so friendly and did a great job. At the end they gave us tea and banana bread and we just relaxed for a while before heading home. Super clean facilities, all staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and all in all a great experience. We will go back again next time!

Since visiting Miraj Hammam Spa yesterday I've been floating on a cloud. This was a Mother's Day treat for me from my daughter, who accompanied me and also enjoyed this magical experience.

From the moment you enter this oasis of tranquility, you are treated with gentle care and consideration. Plus, you are, for the most part, the only guests in the place during your appointment time. This privacy factor is unique and very much appreciated. There's no one else wandering in and out while you are there and no need to worry about lack of privacy or "being seen" by anyone. In the changing room where you get the use of a keyed locker to safely store your clothing, etc. Sarongs, robes and slippers are provided.

First stop is the wonderful steam room the Hammam, scented with eucalyptus, lemon and orange. You can feel free to strip off, if you like, as you have the steam room to yourself (and your campanion, if you have one). Sit or lie down on the marble benches and let that gorgeous steam do its work. It's dimly lit, relaxing, calming and you don't have to listen to other people's random chatter (like in most other steam rooms/saunas). In the busy city, such privacy is a luxury to be savoured.

After 10 or 15 minutes in the steam, next stop is the detoxifying scrub. Just outside the steam room you lie on another marble table in the dimly lit, calm space while your body is invigorated with Moroccan black olive soap by an attendant wearing scrub gloves. It feels wonderful!

Back into the steam room for me while my daughter had her scrub, then we were shown into individual massage rooms. And I can honestly say, for the next full hour I received what was probably the best, most professional, thorough and attentive massage in my life. Thank you, Eva, for your expert care.

After I peeled myself off the massage bed, where I could easily have fallen asleep, I thought it was time to get dressed and back into the real world. But not so fast! As I left the room (wearing the supplied robe) I met my smiling daughter coming from her massage. We were led into the lounge, with its luxurious velvet banquettes and many pillows. Here we were invited to relax (velvet blankets were supplied) and enjoy little cakes and mint tea in gold-trimmed glasses on copper trays. Again, this space is private with no other guests present. We just sat there blissfully grinning, relaxed, marvelling at the wonderful experience we were having. My daughter had also thoroughly enjoyed her wonderful massage by Sarah, and we agreed the whole experience was 10/10 on all points.

Men, this would be a spectacular gift for your mother, wife, partner, daughter, or for you to enjoy with your significant other. Score yourself major points with this generous, thoughtful and very special gift.

    Time involved: 2 hours
Cost: $200 each (plus tax) (All things considered, not outrageous. Many places charge similar for a one-hour massage alone.)

Many thanks to everyone at Miraj Hammam Spa for an unforgettable experience!

I had a great facial with Cathy. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend her. It was lovely to relax on the spa patio afterward. There is a great view over Canada Place and the chairs are very comfortable. The spa wasn’t crowded.

I recently moved to Vancouver, about 4 months ago. I have chronic pain and a back injury and spent some time looking for services that would be a haven where I can relax and continue to heal. I was SO thankful to have come across Halsa, it is exactly that. I go to the sauna every other week and do Reiki sessions with Kendall. I cannot believe how healing and integral to my transition this place has been. They also have really good priced white sage and crystals if that is your thing. Definitely recommend as an oasis away from the busy city and demands of life!

I discovered Bare Essential Skin bar on Social shopper a while back and when I was ready to institute a solid skin care regimen, I went returned. Amy is very sweet, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about women's wellness.
I have found that as I enter into mature skin the necessity for extra special care and attention; I didn't realize how important the balance of hydration is to the aging process. I knew that when I returned for my next spa treatment, that Bare Essential Skin bar was where I would go. I knew I would leave feeling refreshed and pampered, but I didn't anticipate the level of expertise and education Amy has. She has particularly enhanced knowledge about women's whole body health and carefully explains how it affects our skin. In essence, she educated me on how to work from the inside to radiate a youthful complexion and keep my face looking dewy and supple.
I have only had a few visits and I am truly astounded with every visit I learn something more about self-care which I believe is a powerful tool for staying young and energetic. I feel rejuvenated and excited equipped with this new wisdom. I have added facials as part of my enhanced pro-active skin care regimen.
I referred my daughter because Amy has a gentle way of educating about skin care and I knew that she would make an impact and I was right. My daughter loved the experience and said she felt elated afterwards. Amy provided my daughter with samples and armed her with knowledge on her skin type. My daughter now has a better understanding of skin care and more confidence in her appearance.
I also recommend laser hair removal with her advanced tech equipment. It has an exfoliating effect. This is my number one spa choice in Vancouver. Excellent customer service. Tranquil space.

The two hours where absolutely spectacular! Had a seal pop up beside me, got out with friends, and took some fantastic shots. It was really just a great time and Deep Cove Kayak were friendly, quick to get us on the water, but sure to give us the safety tips needed.

Well-equipped and well-kept with a friendly enviornment. Guests tend to be very respectful of each other's personal space and staff are incredibly accommodating and down-to-earth. Technicians are thoughtful and on-point. All-around trusworthy spot for relaxation.

I was referred to this place and was told in advance that it was a no frills kinda place which didn't bother me. I've had thai massages before but this was the best thai massage I've had. The traditional techniques used did just what my body needed after a long business trip in Vancouver. Whenever I'm back in town, a visit to Leelawadee is permanently part of my itinerary. Highly recommend!
