The personal attention that you get at the spa is amazing! You are not only in a treatment room...You have your own private washroom and dressing area. The staff is the most attentive I've ever seen. Their signature massage is well done! However, I don't believe it is easy to get an RMT there, so it is expensive.

I was lucky enough to go to the gym and pool after the massage treatment. The pool and gym are on a different floor than the spa. Be prepared to move yourself and your stuff up one floor in the elevator with a pass key for the changeroom and locker. The gym had all the state-of-the-art equipment. I tried to use the stationery bike. It had a touch screen that was supposed to give me my bike details and even Netflix if I wanted or had time to watch. No amount of pressing the screen worked for either. Ask someone who works there how this works before they leave you on your own. Nobody attends the gym except hotel guests that I could see.

The pool was interesting! A small pool! However, enough to get in a leisurely swim. The outside deck had the hot tub. A nice hot tub with lots of jets. The only confusing part of this set up is that the pool is set up as a party room, complete with bar and appropriate furniture. It was confusung becauseI wasn't sure where I could sit with a wet bathing suit. So I didn't lounge..just used the seats fot towels and keys.

I was most uncomfortable in the changeroom. I counted at least four men that worked there coming in and out of thr changeroom. Apparently, you were not supposed to change there..just lock up your stuff and use the benches to do your clothing, etc., exchange. You are supposed to do the changing, showering and bathroom function in the one washroom of the changeroom. Ofcourse, quickly before someone knocks in the door. Is it the maintenance man? a hotel patron? or someone checking out the facilities for a party? Did I lock the door properly? I just had to assume that I did because there wasn't a clear indicator that it was locked. There is no place to put your clothes and they have to be placed on this very public floor. The shower leaks water onto the floor surface because it is not slanted properly. Put your clothes closer to the sink.

Don't forget to ask questions and by all means don't forget to show them the social shopper coupon first. I ended up paying double. Yes, I had an extra 1/2 an hour massage. However, I missed out on my foot mask and steam room experience and still paid double. Conmunicate well with your gifter the coupon they sent you is the right one. I had one with a code and one without. The coded one was the wrong one. Oops! I felt bad that the gifter had to pay double the intended gift. No exceptions were given.

Good luck with your spa experience now that you know the ins and outs..relax and enjoy!

PS: Parking is $17 for however long your in the hotel. I was told that the Trump hotel does a $15 rate and is not affiliated with the parking lot. The hotel elevator goes to the same parking but there is a one floor difference in finding your car or not. I received the $17 rate. You can ask how you would receive the $15 rate..or is it just for hotel guests. I didn't figure this out...maybe you can.

If Trump Hotels are all about the details...some details are amazing and some need to need to be worked out. Enjoy your stay and I hope it is more amazing for you!

We used Starwood points to book two rooms the night before our Alaskan cruise. The rooms were perfect and super comfortable and the location excellent; just a short walk to the sea wall. The restaurant was nice and the staff very friendly. When we checked out, there were absolutely zero fees or charges, not always the case when using hotel reward points. The free shuttle to the cruise port was also a huge plus.

Such a beautiful calm space, a great place to get away on the weekend and spend a few hours relaxing with a hot and cold cycle paired with an amazing sound journey to finish off the night.

The Wellness Room (Vancouver), in Modo Yoga's hot yoga rooms at 4th and Alma in Vancouver, is a clean and relaxing oasis of calm.
I used to have a recurring lower back pain, but this has never been a problem since I started being treated by Haley Plaa, a professional massage therapist in the Wellness Room team. She is one of a strong group of massage therapists who have a variety of backgrounds and skills.
If you have any aches and pains I recommend you book a massage with the Wellness Room (Vancouver).
