    Beautiful chance to watch humpbacks .
    Beautiful trip, was able to watch 4 humpbacks close by for over an hour. The boat trip itself was fun and the scenery amazing. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Glad I did it, worth every penny.

    Efficient, timely, and a great value trip
    This package provides great value for the money as the tour lasts ~8 hours, with a pickup at a convenient downtown location. The tour guide was knowledgeable, respectful, and provided great commentary while on the bus. He also gave us enough time to explore at each stopping point, and was also fun to be around. Highly recommend!

    I must do whilst in Vancouver
    This is a great tour today. Our driver and guide was exceptional so informative in a really interesting way
    Grouse absolutely stunning views
    If you can do the chair to the very top
    The lumberjack show was just okay, but seeing the two black bears was amazing close .
    Capilano Park is fantastic
    The treetop walks are just beautiful
    This suspension bridge, lots of fun
    We were here during the weekday, so it wasn’t too busy .
    The cliff face walk was also lots of fun
    Well-designed Park easy to get around lots of great facilities .

    Worth it
    I loved our tour guide. We got so much interesting information about Vancouver and then Victoria. Very detailed. The Ferry ride is 90 minutes and so cool. Little restaurants inside. Seating inside and lots of places to stand outside looking at the views. And a pet area!!
    Gorgeous trip through the islands.
    Butchart Gardens was beautiful.
    Then we ate in Victoria and nosed around.
    It’s a lot of travel but interesting and all the travel is included. The tour guide was so detailed with both historical information and information about where to go, where bathrooms were, food and drink, restaurants, etc.
    It was a long day but very worth it to me.

    Mary and Hadi gave us no static ;)
    Would give 5 stars if Mary and Hadi were our guides for the entire time. Unfortunately, the first bus was full and we couldn't even get on after waiting for 10 minutes or so. Took another 15 for the next bus, and Mary and Hadi were delightful! We got off at Granville Island, and when we got back on the driver and guide/commentator were the same person. This was a problem when the equipment he tried to use resulted in loud, annoying static coming over the speakers for most of the rest of our trip. Couldn't wait to get off of that one.
    We bought the 2 day pass and got Mary and Hadi the second day. We later got on their (only?) double decker bus. Much more comfortable (better leg rooms and A/C). The other buses we were on were older and cramped with not very comfortable seats.

    Best thing to do in Vancouver (attention Harbour Air staff - please read):
    To Prospective flyers:

    This is hands down THE best way to see Vancouver so definitely do this if you can afford it. What makes Vancouver special is its location and the only way to see it and appreciate it is to fly above and see why the city is so highly rated. This is an outdoor city and all about nature and outdoor recreation. See why we love it!

    To Harbour Air:

    As you have read in other comments, the biggest complaints that tourists have of this experience are: (1) the lack of narration when on the flight, and (2) the annoyance that some folks may not get a window seat for optimum photo ops.

    SUGGESTIONS: have a short talk about where you plan to fly and what people will see (hopefully in front of a map with some photos ( or recommend to them - while waiting - a online short video featuring the experience and key landmarks they will see). Also encourage passengers to interact and share photos between them so that no one goes without some great photos. Maybe that can be done in a debrief at the end of the flight?

    Big shout out to the HA E-plane tech/PR crew who were outside under a tent explaining their new electric technology on the E-beavers. Super friendly and knowledgeable!

    Great experience
    Kevin was so much fun, he made the day exceptional! We are from Australia and would recommend this to any travellers wanting to see the gorgeous sights Canada has to offer.

    Best tour!
    The food was delicious. Our guide Kate was very knowledgeable and fun! What a great way to spend our first afternoon in Vancouver!!
    Nice size group from all over the world, which allowed us to chat with many.

    A wonderful way to spend a day
    Captain Ray was fantastic… very educational and fun! I highly Recommend for a great way to spend a few hours. Also the starting point on Granville Island is a great place to wonder

    Belly full after amazing local eats!!
    Brian is an awesome guide! His company Local Eats Food and Drinks: Vancouver and the tour we did ‘Local Taste Trail’ was so much fun. All of the stops we made were delicious and there was the right amount of time spent at each stop. Would highly recommend!

    A Thorough view of Vancouver
    This is a great way of seeing Vancouver. Our driver and tour guide, Tim, filled the journey with terrific insights of Vancouver. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The tour covers many key tourist spots. It was worth the time and money.

    Great to experience seeing so many whales
    This was a well organised trip with a knowledgeable guide. The group was small making the experience more personal Learned lots about the humpbacks and it was amazing to see them in their natural habitat. We were lucky to witness one of them breaching!!
    We would thoroughly recommend this trip.

    Highly recommend Jason!
    Jason Southern was our driver/tour guide. Thorough knowledge of the history of Vancouver. Very engaging, putting safety first. Eloquent on many subjects. Leaned a lot.

    Great views of Vancouver from the water with good commentary from the guide.
    Excellent one-hour harbor tour. Good info provided by the tour guide with a good sound system.
    The boat has lots of outdoor seating plus indoor seating if it’s cold outside.
