Joined the Granville Island Market Food Tour and had a wonderful time. We had a very nice tour guide who answered all of our questions. We wondered it there would be enough food for a meal but surprisingly, we were very full to the point that we could not have eaten one more bite. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the stories. Both my daughter and I would recommend this activity to others.
Parking in the morning was ample however by noon it was sparse.

We really enjoyed walking Vancouver and exploring the neighborhoods. Some areas of hig end shopping, some of little pubs. The waterfront was really nice at the Seawall with Marinas and planes. The high end shops near the Haytt Regency and Burrard street, Alberni and Robson street St and and North with all the small shops. So many patios and small eateries. The opposite direction on Robson towards the mall. So much to see when walking.

One of the more interesting places in Vancouver. Many great eateries that are good value and a but different. The only issue is the city does little to manage on street drug taking and homelessness. Its not necessary to have street homeless with so many empty buildings!

This is a nice place to be if you really want to see the city from +/- 500 feet in the air. The day we went did not have low clouds/marine layer and we enjoyed beautiful 360 degree views.

Inside the observation area is well documented with areas and buildings to spot, free use of high powered (stationary) binoculars, warm (it’s hilly in November!) and clean.

This was a fun 45 minute ’break’ and gave us a chance to see Vancouver in a fairly unique way.

I enjoyed my visit to the Conservatory. It was $5.50 and really worth twice the admission charge. It consists of a tropical garden/jungle with various species of birds from warmer and more humid climes. It was interesting and educational and suitable for both young and old. It is accessible, however it is possible that those with breathing conditions may find the humidity oppressive.

There's a collection of 9 totem poles in this area. Each has a plaque providing details about the pole. Well worth a stop to admire the carvings by indigenous artists and the histories of these poles. They are replicas and replacements of the original totems which are housed in museums for preservation or returned to their places of origin. There's also a Visitor Centre.

This was very fun to see. However, the crowds were ridiculous and the area had a few too many homeless for me. It said that it "blows" every 4-1/2 minutes, but it is inconsistent. We waited over 10 minutes to see it go off.

We loved Robson Street. Super high end shops where it meets Burrard like Tiffany's and as you travel South it started to change somewhat into smaller restaurants and chain stores to eventually getting a bit rougher. But, we found many goodies to buy, and a really good Italian restaurant by walking the street. I would go back again and walk further if I were back again to Vancouver.

Located in the city's Chinatown, it was the first Chinese garden built outside of Asia. It's a small intimate garden where you will find beautiful pavilions, covered walkways, a jade green pond with koi fish, and a collection of 150-year-old miniature tree. It think it brings a peaceful respite from the surrounding hustle and bustle.
You can explore the gardens without spending any penny. The garden is worth exploring.

A must see for art deco lovers when in Vancouver. The fassade might not be promising, but the interiors are very beautiful and taken care of.

Good place for watching hockey games and now they have installed a new jumbo screen for watching the game highlights! Expensive to get tickets plus the food & beverages are not cheap! However it’s a great night out especially if you’re team is winning!!

Take time to wander around here. It’s great. Down on the waterfront gives great views. Lots to look at. It’s here you can catch the water taxi too
    Highly recommend
