On every occasion we had a friendly driver, we left promptly and arrived at our destination on time. On one of the trips the coach was pretty full but on three of the trips we had spare seats. No issues with luggage. All in all a very good experience and well priced. The recent snowstorms in the Ontario area demonstrated how excellent they are. Howie and his staff went above and beyond expectations by having a driver meet us in the luggage area after our flight into Vancouver was repeatedly delayed. They monitored our revised flight times throughout the day and made schedule adjustments accordingly. We were extremely grateful for their efforts to be there upon arrival. Since we travel a lot, we know that Excel is the best limo company anywhere. They accommodated our last-minute booking seamlessly for a site tour of our properties, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The bus was clean and comfortable, the driver was professional and punctual, and everything ran smoothly. Their flexibility and customer service were truly appreciated. - Jason G1 contributionWe worked with Craft Charters to book travel from Vancouver airport to Whistler and back in the same day for a large work group. From booking, organizing, and the execution on the day was excellent. Honestly we do this a lot in areas all over Canada and this had to be one of our best experiences.
The cherry on the top was our driver Michael. From time of pick up, drive up, helping us with our gear and being flexible for our timing. We were all super impressed.

5-stars for their professional driver, clean vehicle and their quick communication when we needed to reschedule our pickup to the next morning due to our flights being cancelled/rescheduled last minute.

I can't say enough great things. Every driver we had was outstanding and knowledgeable, we had the flexibility of spending more time seeing the things we really cared about, and we did not have to bother with the stress of figuring out parking anywhere. - Angel S1 contributionWe booked City Limousine to transfer our family from Vancouver Airport to Fairmont Whistler. We checked the great reviews on Google and Trip advsior to make our decision. They were super easy to work with and the price quoted was also best compared to many companies. On the day driver monitored our flight and met us with our name sign. He was so helpful with loading our luggage offered us a pit stop in Squamish. - KikiD727St. Petersburg, FL24 contributionsI've read the reviews, and can see that both the good and the bad reviews are accurate. We had no issues with our transportation either way. They were late each time, but traffic and weather was bad, and we didn't have any tight time crunches, so it didn't bother us at all. The drivers were friendly, and everything was fine. They did drive fast, and I was scared, but other people on the road were driving even faster. I expected the drive to Whistler wouldn't be my favorite part of the trip, but it would be over soon enough. We contacted M&M Limo before we left Auburn, IN, (11.30 am) to make sure the pick up was as scheduled. M&M Limo told us the driver was on the way to Fort Wayne and gave us his contact details, we were not informed of any delay. So, we then departed Auburn. When we arrived at the pick up point we rang the driver, who told us he was over 2 hours away. This is clearly unacceptable service. The driver claimed he was only asked to take the job at 9.00am, and was based in Chicago, so there was no chance he could make it to Fort Wayne, IN by 1.00pm EDT.
If this is true, then the driver was clearly not to blame for the delay, as he had no chance of making it to Fort Wayne on time for our pick-up. The driver was very helpful and friendly.
However, the M&M Limo must have known that the pick up would be very late at the time we rang from Auburn, IN. Which begs the question, why were we not told about the delay?
So, Ridebooker offers appalling service and has the cheek to charge $517.50 for it. One was to take 9 of us to Vancouver Island for the day and the other was to transfer 9 of us from Vancouver to Kelowna. I was very pleased with the planning/quotation process, Gary was very responsive and professional.
