The donuts are delicious and not too be missed. Coffee is great too. A prime Lunch stop or mid afternoon or morning for brunch. Loads of options. Also the stores offer unique purchases away from food. The city where I live and another city near us have updated their central libraries in the last few years. They created unique/dramatic exteriors and the insides, while still very functional, are gorgeous. In other words, the inside and outside match each other. Super high end shops where it meets Burrard like Tiffany's and as you travel South it started to change somewhat into smaller restaurants and chain stores to eventually getting a bit rougher. But, we found many goodies to buy, and a really good Italian restaurant by walking the street. Good location too, as we stayed in the huge complex of high rises nearby at Olympic Village (better prices than hotels near and with a whole apartment) about .8m away. I had front row seats and it was a spectacular show. The architecture is amazing and it’s very well kept.
