My 100 minute tranquility massage with Laura was fabulous! The service began with a back scrub, which was removed and then a full body massage followed by a 20 minute facial. I wanted complete relaxation and she delivered.

I had an amazing experience at the Taman Sari spa and couldn’t recommend it more. From reception to the massage table it was an incredibly relaxing experience and all of my pain was resolved after a deep tissue massage.

My mother-in-law was visiting from the US and I decided to take her up to Whistler for some sightseeing and a treatment. We booked the Heaven and Earth treatment at the Nita Lake Lodge Spa. My spa person Leah promised that she would take me to another plane of existence…and she certainly did. Everything about the spa experience was heavenly…the decadent robes, the spa vibe, the relaxation lounge. The treatment itself was so amazing and so relaxing. I was a limp noodle by the time she was done. My two regrets…not being more prepared to take advantage of the hot tub and steam room, and thinking we could do some sightseeing after the treatment. We were so relaxed and out of it, we had a hard time staying awake wandering around the village. Next time I will have to book a night at the lodge. Can’t give enough kudos to the amazing staff!!!

Had a return visit to Aviva for a 90 minute massage that was right on point. Shu, my massage therapist, took in everything that I was telling him in terms of my needs, and gave me the best massage I’ve had in a long time. The pressure was firm and he helped to release some very tight muscles and knots. Couldn’t have been happier with him and the massage. Will definitely make it a habit to visit him on a regular basis. Thanks Shu!!

Amazing silent spa with GREAT massages. Move from hot tub to cold plunge to steam room or relaxing space and repeat. Perfect serene spot to read a book. No talking and no phone rule is enforced by staff. Bring sandals.

I have been multiple times with two different individuals. Chris helped my 10+ year issue with tendonitis in my wrists. I have been to every specialist in the area and lower mainland with no help. Chris did his magic and has made me confident I can do the things I love again. Traditional and laser acupuncture are the way to go for me.
I also started Immune IV every few months with Landon McLean. Wow, what a change. Over the last few years I have been 99% cold/flu free. I'm hooked, thanks for everything.

The Swedish massage I received was so relaxing. My RMT was so professional and made me feel very comfortable. I also fell asleep! The environment when entering was very calming and the front staff were very friendly.

I would come back again when I’m in Whistler again! Cheers!

Lovely relaxing environment and the Stress & Tension release massage did exactly that! The massage pressure was perfect and the neck / shoulder massage was the best I’ve had. I got the early bird offer which was fantastic value, I would absolutely recommend.

Nested away in a costal mountain backdrop is the luxurious boutique ski lodge, the Four Seasons Resort. The outdoor surroundings invite you to breath in the fresh oxygen while partaking of the bevy of countryside activities. The Resort offers ample upscale activities, amongst them, the Spa, for ultimate post-ski pampering and just plain old indulgence.

The perks and treatments of the 4C's are numerous with body recipes designed to sooth and reinvigorate sore muscles. The luxe treatment facilities are in keeping with the overall grandeur of the Resort itself. The Spa enjoys notoriety for its use of a repertoire of natural products derived from local areas (like Glacial Clay for rubs
and such). These ingredients 4 thoroughly jack up the enjoyment factor of the 4C's Spa experience.

Pick your pampering poison, from an array of treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, gentlemen's packages, signature recipes and the like. The 4C's assembly of treatments include the:

SIGNATURE TREATMENT - a 100 minute top-to-bottom engagement consisting of a scrub, wrap and massage. The beginning procedure consists of a maple syrup and raw sugar wrap so you might feel like a breakfast pancake...this treatment is a real spoiler,
BODY WRAP - using local British Columbia glacial clay.... the therapists really pile it on as there is no shortage of this earthy Arctic concoction,
WARMING MASSAGE....my absolute favourite and so apres-ski comforting and appropriate. The highlight of this massage is the assembling of hot stones over the parts of the body to heighten warm circulation.....clad In stone amour made me feel like a horizontal 'inuksuk' (those manmade stone landmarks common in the Arctic)
    MUCH MORE.

The Spa @ the 4C's Resort is simply home to a breath of pampering experiences designed for your bodily pleasure.

Tons of massage experience following two surgeries. Kerry one of the best. She took time to connect and knows the body very well. She could tell where I was carrying stress , and was able to get me to relax and trust in her. I highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my time here. The only negative I can think of is that there were a few children screaming and playing in the pool that took the relaxing vibe of the health club, and it is a little expensive, but its Whistler so you expect that. All in all though, lovely staff, lovely treatments and you feel very looked after. I would come again.

I decided to treat myself to a solo spa day today since my limbs were aching from skiing while my partner had a day of intense skiing to himself.

Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly, offered me sandals since I was currently barefoot, and showed me through to the relaxation lounge immediately. From there, I was offered tea along with a delicious biscuit. I was, then, greeted by Zoey whom was very friendly and helped the experience feel very relaxing.

When I got to the massage room and was instructed to get onto the massage table, the head piece fell off with little-to-no weight from my face. Awkwardly, I stood there waiting in the room for Zoey to return since I felt embarrassed for the headpiece to be replaced (which she was great in doing). She did a very good job focusing on my areas of concentration and I truly felt relaxed for the massage - pretty happy with this.

After the massage, I was taken to the hydrotherapy room where I was given a body scrub and herbal recovery soak in a large tube with jets. All seemed to be going fine until there seemed to be a minor series of unfortunate events. When I got into the tub, the foot bar that helps you stay upright in the tub broke off, so I had to replace it (quite simple to do, but surprising that another item has broken when I was there). The tub didn't seem to have any herbal essence associated with it as advertised: no scent, no evidence of it in the tub, and items showing an herbal part to it. From there, after the jets turned off after its pre-set timer, I started to notice that the tub began to drain itself. It was slightly awkward as I ended up sitting in an empty tub while I was wet and wondering what to do next. Needless to say, I got out of the tub, dried myself off with a towel nearby, and waited for the next 5-ish minutes for Zoey to return.

Overall impression: Zoey was great and clearly knew what she was doing - well done and I do feel relaxed. With the items breaking easily and the lack of herbal recovery, it didn't quite justify the pricey experience.

The men’s shower has been BROKEN FOR 98+ days since BEFORE MARCH 18th. They charge $106.16 per month yet cannot replace a $30 shower controller. Apparently when they ordered a replacement part in March they were told it would take 8-12… for some reason they thought it’s acceptable to have the shower out of order for 12 weeks. And here we are 14 weeks later ; they still refuses to just buy a new $30 shower knob and insist on waiting for the “part”. Perhaps they’re doing this on purpose to keep their water bill lower and not spend as much time having to clean??

After receiving treatment at home for my lower back I unfortunately twisted it badly two days before flying to Canada. I was in a lot of pain and could not sit comfortably. I had two physio sessions whilst in Whilstler which helped immensely. The physio was very knowledgeable and was able to fit a lot of treatment as well as advice into my 30min session each time.
