Did this tour yesterday and had an absolute ball. We were blessed to have a sunny day which matched our driver's (Rhandi) lovely disposition. Rhandi was helpful and knowledgeable, had a great sense of humour and went out of her way for us all to have a good time. Not only was the tour fantastic for views and experience, I'm grateful Rhandi would give us inside knowledge of our activities that would enhance the experience. On top of the mountain from the gondola, after walking the suspension bridge, my husband and I did the Panorama and Wonderland lake trails as recommended by Rhandi and thoroughly enjoyed them. Great photo opportunities if you like that sort of thing. Did more 'steps' this day than any other on my holiday! Thought Whistler village was pretty and had lunch at Earl's which was enjoyable but nothing to write home about. In hindsight, I think I would have preferred the brewery which did $5 cocktails for 'happy hour'. Had plenty of time to peruse the shops and it pays to look around as the prices for products varied considerably. One hoodie was 'on sale' at one shop for $50 whilst at another it was $35. All in all, a great experience, especially if you have Rhandi as your guide.
