Good to see this area being preserved. There are several different experiences, hiking, beaches, and forest walks that you can enjoy. Altogether a very relaxing place to be.

Brilliant tour. Informative, interesting and reasonably priced. They are rightly proud of their heritage and long history. Spent as much time in the small batch tap room as on the tour (which was just over an hour).

We were here at high tide as were many other people - tour buses, etc. hence it took a little time to get around to see the different views but it was worth it. The currents were interesting. This would have been five stars but for the paper mill in the background which detracted from the beautiful natural setting. I was happy to hear from a local person who said that the ‘smoke’ coming out of the stacks was simply steam and that they recycled all of their water.

Pleasant surprise in Saint John. Well marked with many options and ability to drive around and park closer to the parts you wish to visit. Nice display for each province and territory. Saw some local ducks and ducklings. Seem to be enjoyed by many local walkers and joggers.

The Cathedral is a towering structure in Portland. The Cathedral was build in the 1860s and serves as an example of Gothic Revival. You can develop an appreciation for the sheer size of the building during a walk on the grounds. Note the many windows, which I found to be interesting.

I was here for the Memorial Cup. Saint John was the host city and the arena did a terrific job of providing a safe, fun environment. 6300 capacity and the place was rocking.

We just happened to stop by the museum while we were checking out the town. Some great history about the Saint John fire fighters. The pictures were great as well as the old fire engine. All around a must see if in Saint John!

Visited with four kids under twelve and one adult. Did the pirate room. Definitely recommend more than one adult in your group 🤣. The staff were great and gave us lots of hints and some extra time. Everyone really enjoyed it and the puzzles were interesting and well thought out. We won't be competing on the crystal maze any time soon though!

I saw some earlier reviews for Chars Taxi and Tours (all 5 stars)and decided to give her a call. She promptly reached back out to me even though she no longer is available to personally do tours. She made a stellar recommendation of an associate she knew, who was also a "forever" local of the area. Jack Dorrington who provided my husband and I an exceptional personalized tour of the area. We saw some beautiful areas off the beaten path only locals know about as well as all the highlights in and around St Johns and the St Martin sea caves. An absolutely breathtaking area. Thanks to Char and her love and passion of her home, we had a great time. She talked with me as a friend and ask what we liked to do and made all the arrangements. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND speaking to Char, who now books tours for Utopia Tours.

We visited at the end of August on a somewhat gloomy and sorta rainy day. We were expecting to be soaked by rain and not enjoy it as much as we did. The tree canopy really helped shelter us from the worst of the rain and the cooler weather was actually helpful in controlling how warm we got. I’m not an adventurer like my kiddos but they convinced me to step out of my comfort zone and try something new. So glad they did! It felt great to finish a course and was FUN! The staff are very helpful and incredibly friendly! The cost per hour per person is also very reasonable. If you are waffling on including this activity into your holiday or weekend plans - don’t - it’s a blast! I really liked that the courses are built in such a way that if they were to dismantle the venue then the impact to the forest would be minimal - as though it were never there to begin with.

Due to an unforeseen family emergency, Roy was unavailable to guide our tour that we had booked. Instead, even during a time of adversity and stress, he immediately set us up with another trusted guide (Freddy) of his to lead our tour. Freddy was an excellent guide and so personable and intelligent! We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him and learned so much about St. John, St. Martins and the Fundy trail. We would not hesitate to recommend either guide for this tour; but you need to book early or there may be no availability. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you, Roy and Freddy!

We did a kayak trip on the Kennebecasis River with RiverBay Adventures today with Jim and his crew. We were visiting from WV, and we had a phenomenal time. Our group ranged from a 5 year old all the way up to a 70 year old, and I couldn’t recommend this trip enough. A+ all the way around!
