It tells the story of the Black Loyalists who came to Halifax after the American Revolution and of the small community that until the 1960’s was situated where there’s now a park overlooking the river. Visit this ship is not as exciting as visit the neighboring warship, but it's still interesting to step on aboard and see how this ship looks inside. It is a former hydrographic ship that served its purpose until 1969. There is a small snack bar here too.
