Captain Dave is a real professional that makes the experience fun and safe. His gear is impeccable and he does all the hard work to set it up. He knows where the fish are and how to get them. I was out with two friends and we all had a great time, caught a few nice size lake trout.
I recommend Dave @ Fish Finder highly!

We've done this before, but Aaron provided an especially good experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge as much or as little as customers desire. His commitment to customer satisfaction is obvious. And of course, it helped that the fish were biting! We will be repeat customers.

All 5 of us had a fantastic time out on the lake yesterday. Our guide Ryan did not dissappont, We all caught fish (Salmon and Rainbow trout). I can highly recommend this charter regardless of your level of fishing experience. I look forward to going again next year.

Kevin was fun, knowledgeable and so kind and respectful to my senior Dad. The boat was perfect for a charter with so much room to move around to bring those fish in! Kevin knows where the fish are, how to catch them and he knows Georgian Bay which is apparent very quickly. The experience is incredibly affordable as well! My family and I cannot thank Kevin enough for a truly exceptional experience. I highly recommend and can't wait to go again!! Thank you, Kevin.

First time using the Nester Falls Fly In Outposts.

The experience with them was outstanding.
    They are very well run.
We were the first ones in to there furthest outpost camp this season - Malaher
It was clean and ready to go.
The boats and motors were awesome.
    The fishing was great.
The opportunities to explore and fish many other lakes was really fun.
The solar power is a big plus. Hot water, Freezer, charging depth finders, etc.
    Highly recommend these people.
    We will be back

The Fathom Five Fishing experience was a great experience all around! If you’re ever up in Tobermory, you definitely got to give Mike a call and set up a tour for yourself!

Taro is an absolute legend. This guy not only understands fish and their patterns, but has an open mind. He is knowledgeable of his gear and more importantly how to entertain his clients. Taro took my girlfriend (beginner fisherlady) and I (intermediate fisherman) out on Lake Ontario for smallmouth bass and it was nothing short of the best day I've had fishing. Not only did he take the time to teach my girlfriend how to properly cast/retrieve a bait but he set her up for that smallmouth bite that she's been itching to experience. Myself on the other hand, I took away valuable knowledge and tips that I could have never gained if I didn't book this trip. Taro genuinely loves what he does and it's evident he's successful. Cheers to future success buddy. Do yourself a favour and book a trip with him now!

My brother and I had the pleasure of spending a day on Rice Lake with one of Joe's guides, Mark Rowley. Never caught so many smallmouth in one day! Mark is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely book with the Joe Ford team again!

We booked an overnight hut rental for this past Saturday. Ron was top notch and had everything we needed. The hut was clean, warm (propane heat) there was pots and pans and a stove and to our surprise even plates and cutlery which we had forgotten when packing. The huts are powered by battery and he even came mid day to give us an extra which we ended up not needing and to check on our minows and propane.

We will definitely return, and even though we would of just been happy with a nice quite night on the river we took home some pickerel and sauger. There was also an attacked toilet which was a nice touch.

    Thanks again Ron.

We had a blast with Capt Moe and Screamin reels Fishing charters.
He was very professional and made our entire weekend.
He is super knowledgeable about the area and was constantly paying attention to what the fish wanted and pulling lures that weren't working.
I would definitely book another Charter with Capt Moe.

If you're looking for the best Kenora fishing guide, Darcy is your guy. Booked Tank Industries for two days and had a blast! Landed some huge fish and learned a ton about Muskie fishing. Darcy has the best equipment that makes for a great fishing experience. If you are looking to fish Lake of the Woods in the Kenora area book Tank Industries.

We found Bill by accident - had wanted to do a rafting trip with another outfitter, but we liked the flexibility of Ottawa River Adventures better. Bill was professional, timely, and great fun. My husband is recovering from an Achilles tear so it was important to me to make sure that we weren't getting into anything too physical. Bill tailored our morning so that my H didn't fall out of the raft and my son could try fishing for the first time. Bill knew the river very well and b/c he had a Zodiac, we were able to zip here and there (no rowing!).

On top of tailoring the trip to our tastes, Bill also provided great information about the river and the animals and birds we saw. He took video and pictures, and delivered them via email in less than 24 hours. Remarkable.

We have since passed along this information to anyone who has asked, b/c we highly recommend this experience. Thanks Bill!

This lodge left you wanting for nothing. Truly unique to have an all inclusive experience in this area. Beautiful wilderness setting all with breathtaking views from each cabin location. Outstanding, friendly, accommodating service from every staff member. The meals provided were excellent and dietary accommodations were available. Primarily a fishing lodge the experience on Eagle Lake certainly met expectations with great guides and top notch boats with electronics provided. All in all this lodge exceeded expectations in every category and is highly recommended.

    Hi,

Maybe 8 years ago (poor memory....haha) my wife signed me up for a "learn to fish" day.

I fished off and on for many years but never really got beyond the little hooks and worms until that great day!

I can't remember who the young man was but I've never seen that much tackle in a tuffle bag .....ever!

By luck I was the only one there that warm and sunny day.

He went over jigs, hooks, lures, how to tie a knot (properly haha) and what each one did in the water.

Then, we went over the different rods, reels and how to use them.

I wanted to learn how to use a bait caster reel and I  will tell you I didn't do well for the first few times......my instructor was very patient and never complained when he had to clear the reel from the massive mess I made from the line on the reel!

We then walked to the Grand River to try out my new knowledge.

Although I never landed a fish that day, I did have a bite but more importantly,  I learned so much from Bare Fishing.

I'm retired and over 60 and now enjoy a much more enjoyable and exciting fishing experience because of my "Learn to fish" day.

I've caught bass over 3 lbs, pike and walleye and now trying to catch a muskie.

My fishing equipment is now more in tune with my knowledge and experience again, because of my time with Bare fishing.

I just wanted to let you know of my long standing appreciation for your efforts.

Thanks again, and as they say "tight lines"

    Marty Lamoureux
