Pumpkins were almost over but little themed patches were enjoyable . - Mala M1 contributionI love this store! So many hidden gems just waiting to be found! It’s like stepping back in time to the 80’s. No computer system to keep track of inventory, just a lovely couple who seem to magically know where the book you’re hunting for should be. It’s an experience that’s rare to find nowadays.
Just one heads up, they don’t have a credit card system. So, bring cash or hit the ATM next door before you head in (although if you forget, they’ll hold your finds at the register while you run next door for some cash).

The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. Outstanding selection of grape juice and wine making supplies. We made arrangements to start the fermentation of our juice six weeks in advance of our circle tour of Lake Huron. We made this our last stop before returning to Michigan. What a wonderful experience we had bottling or valpolicella. We picked up some fabulous meats, both fresh and frozen, as well as some home made pepperettes, and more. The staff here are super friendly and the food is all excellent.
