A friend and I went today for a tour for our birhdays... it was a wonderful experience! Our tour guide had lots of information to share about the history of the building and the MacNab family. The castle itself is well maintained and given its' age it is in really good shape. The little shortbread square at the end of the tour was a nice touch and it was nice to see that they were concerned with allergies and dietary restrictions. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn a little more about our city and our history.

It is a hands on experience were you can feel part of Canadian History. The Haida is the most famous Corvette in WW2 History. I was proud to visit this ship. She is a live history to touch and feel, and experience what it was to be able to get a glimpse of life on a hunter killer with successful enemy sinkings' inWW2.

Although I find it a total zoo in the summer, and don't like having to take the shuttle, it is a completely different experience in the winter. No shuttle as you can park in the lot. Also no reservation required. It wasn't busy therefore you could really enjoy the lookout area's. I don't believe the path is groomed, but enough people have walked on it that it was well packed. Some icy spots due to the recent snow, rain, snow we've had. Lastly, many area's are on the edge of a cliff with no fencing, so consider this if you have young children. Like most tourist attractions, consider going in the off season.

We enjoy going to Fifty Point and camping there for a few days.
The sites are open, no trees and no fire pits which is a real let down.
Sites are level gravel and grass.

Beautiful fall photo ops. We walked along Ridge Rd. to find the side trail entrance, which there is a small sign for. Steep incline into the deep woods leads to smaller waterfalls, and train tracks. Lots of bugs, bring repellant. A tick did bite my hand at the look out, so the warning sign is accurate, be prepared.

To learn how not to give up your country to Americans. Learn how the loyalists fought the good fight and won. Beautiful and picturesque area that was once a battle ground area.

This is my favourite waterfall in hamilton... it's like a 5-10 min walk to it. Dont expect a lot of water to be falling. You can stand under it and enjoy the water. There is a parking fee of $11 +tax a day but only allowed to park for 1 hour??? The machine does take debit, credit and apple pass. The stream is also available to get to and your young kids will love it.

Came for a tasting and to buy a few bottles. This winery has a lovely ambiance and cute setup. They have a wide variety of tasty wines - I am an absolute fan of their 2017 Riesling, which is almost gone! They had great precautions in place related to COVID 19. I'd definitely recommend a stop by!

Went June 20 2021. 5-10 mins walk from the parking lot. Nice place. A bit crowded sometimes and many of them don’t even bother to wear a mask.

No matter what the season is, Westfield always has something to offer. At Christmas it becomes quite festive and really fun to walk around. In the summer lots to offer as well. When we have visitors this place is always on our must do list.
