- Jo21 contributionsI used to come here quite often before Covid , so it was nice to dine here today. The server was very nice with a good sense of humour. She also recommended certain items that I tried and liked. The cook was excellent at preparing very nice lunches for us. I had the soup of the day and Artichoke Dip with flat bread. The beer on tap, dark for me, was very good.. First the ambiance. It's a nice, slightly grungy old pub with dark wood paneling. Really cozy for a drink or to sit back with a good book.
Their beer selection is excellent, including a few casks on tap.

The food is always very good, the service is very fast, the place is never too busy, and the prices are very good. Even when it has been busy, the service is still fast. On a frigid evening, a guy in a baseball cap invited me in on the promise of an army of brothers, I needed to be part of an army of 2. I'm getting ahead of myself, on my first entry I was greeted by a different guy in a baseball cap - so sad it had to be a dry afternoon, with a promise to return I bid them farewell.
This is the place for eye candy, sports (boring), retro music funky soul kind of vibes, live music, cozy place with plenty of character, for those who don't know anyone and don't care, maybe care enough to make encounters and please however much the bartenders lend you their ear, don't mean they got time, so find another drunk. My budget doesn't allow for such luxuries, but I've been known to avoid the place now because I feel like a buzzkill.
I miss the people. I now stay in, smoke my weed and fall asleep to the conversations from the patrons who are on their smoke break. Oh! Don't go before I mention the veiled disclosure I received from a former patron or potential voyeur. I just assumed it was about me, not sure still but that's what I felt. I only divulge your info/discussion to your friends, not enemies; my bad for never knowing the difference in my own life let alone in proverbial theirs. I will not repeat it in this review, you ruined a good thing.

A steady stream of great local and touring talent - some well known and many soon-to-be well known acts hit the stage here. Drinks are reasonably priced and the staff are the bomb! Best pint of 50 in town...
The room and the sound is perfect for the bands who play here. From the time we got too the hotel was wonderful so clean . Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable . The first night we were greeted by Two wonderful ladies Lavanda and one other sweet one they sat with us and dance as a group . Then ever moment they said hi and spent time with us talking . Niika she is sweet and very talented with dance . Oscar well he played cards and lost too me . And I asked him if he would play guitar and on talent night he did and I was so happy he did a great job along with his chair talent too . Marvin GranvillePratt this amazing person would make your day with his smile his friendship his dance moves in grease are outstanding and a great dancer too . Jerry price an amazing performer and choreographer and excellent team member he is a joy to be around . Nevado this guy and his fire and knives and juggling act are outstanding and they keep you entertained the whole time. He makes you smile and great person to hang with . Rico keep the basketball game interesting and wonderful to be a guest and go watch the breezes boys play a game. Kenja you are so wonderful and your team of dancers and entertainment dept. you all rock and you have made a mark on me and I have too come back . Can't wait till I seen your new routines. Keep rocking girl . Darvin lifeguard you take the best care of your guest and you work very hard at your job . When you go to dinning room for a meal your server Jarvis he remembers what you get and brings it too you ever time with out being asked . His smile is infectious and makes your day brighter . They staff make you feel like family . Reno and Q and Creshawn you guys and your dance moves are so great with thriller and grease and best of all back up girls for Tina . David the bartender you will never be forgotten . Cheers !!
I have never seen harder working group at Breezes they get you up dancing and playing games at dance club and make you laugh and smile . When you need something they take care of you with a smile getting you a drink for winning cards too a hug when you need it the most .Omega and Shenika you rock at you dance moves and friendship .
Martinos restaurant. Has two great servers Palmeick Rolle and Sharon Bethel they ask if you need anything they get it and take your photos when you ask them too and they have a smile that lights up the room and have a conversation with you . Thank you for your all . Too anyone going to this wonderful place you will have the best time in your life clean and friendly staff and beautiful pools and rooms . I am looking forward to seeing all the new programs that Kendra and her team are putting together for the new fall season. You guys I miss you all very much and keep your smiles bright and your hard work shows in everything you do . Muna your staff in your entertainers is outstanding they go above and beyond the call of just working . They become your friend your family and you want to just see more of their great shows with fire along with dancers keep you entertained they smile and so much more . Thank you for my first visit to this great resort . People are friendly and the bartender Frank is a gem! They've had a small outdoor seating area in the summer (temporary raised area on street) which is always fantastic in warm weather.
