- Rikki WOhio20 contributionsIt was really neat to see the place. It was required to have a staff member guide us through the place, however the gardens and war museum which are included in the ticket are self pacedWritten December 10, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Alicia MMonticello, MN125 contributionsWe ended up being the only family that was in the tour. Our guide was very informative and kind. We ended up realizing the vital importance the family has had on the area development. Parking is near the house. Some days are free. It isn’t the safest area but there appears to be constant security to watch for patrons.Written August 21, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - travellingmary33Hamilton, Canada95 contributionsI visited this old building when the quilt of belonging was on exhibit. This visit took several hours as I examined all the 263 quilt blocks representing the cultural heritage of people living in Canada. Afterwards I walked through this old building and saw several studios of artists "at work". There were concerts and presentations also taking place in the building. Part of the building is occupied and part is up for leasing or renting. The owners are bringing it back to life!Written September 7, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
