    Great service and puzzles
    Great experience as someone who has done many before! The puzzles were challenging and fun, perfect for my novice friends as well. We were so close to the end, the game master (person watching over us) kindly gave us extra time!!! So sweet! But unfortunately, we weren't able to complete it...that's how you know it's challenging! Will go back for the other games!

    Amazing First Time experience, so much fun!
    What a great experience. I came yesterday with my co workers for a team building activity day. We got recommended a great first time room called the Secret Society, and it was So. Much. Fun. Zoltan our wonderful instructor was not only helpful but very attentive. For first timers, I'm personally glad we got some hits haha we needed them.

    It was a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this venue. Weather you are doing a team building activity like we did, or just coming in with friends this is a great experience over all.

    Always a fun time
    I've done two escape rooms here and both are fun and challenging. Last night we did Santa's workshop which was fun time at this time of year! We managed to escape before the one hour was up but it was still a challenging and fun bunch of puzzles that we had to solve! Definitely recommend Keymasters!

    The best room yet!
    Our group consisted of one inexperienced and others who had done several rooms and we all had the best time ever!! We all agreed that this was the best room we had been too in Hamilton. Five stars!!

    Great place for the kids to burn off energy!
    Our almost two year old twins had a blast here and so did we! They didn't love the baby/toddler area as it is small and kind of boring, but they LOVED the big play structures and we had fun exploring with them!! We will be back!

    First Time!
    Aside from the fact that the young gentleman serving us spoke way too quickly for my old ears to hear, he was pleasant, polite and made us feel comfortable. The group before us was running late, we waited about 10 mins to get in - completely acceptable to us. In the mean time, we enjoyed the air hockey table :)

    Fun!
    came and tried all 4 rooms, didn't enjoy the twilight zone or crypt, puzzles just didn't flow nicely or was extremely immersive. Dharma and Alcatraz were more interesting and fun, Alcatraz was my favourite of the 4 we tried. Hope they come out with a new exciting room!

    Great place for a group of teenagers to have a fun hour!
    Great place for a group of teenagers to have a fun hour! We booked my son's birthday party the "Thompson's room" and they had a blast. It was their first time doing an escape room and they found the staff very helpful and kind.
