The super cars are always on top condition and the driving course engaging and scenic. We each drove 6 different cars over the course of the day and had a great lunch at a restaurant overlooking Lake Ontario. Our guides Kevin and Christina made sure we had safe and enjoyable day. They charged my credit card after I cancelled my reservation within the same day that I booked it because SkyDive Ontario informed me that they have stolen their logo and make a profit off scamming people. When seeing that they charged my credit card two months later, I called to ask for a refund and explaination as to why I was being charged, they said I "no-showed" to my appointment which I did not have, they laughed at me on the phone and proceeded to call me a "little dickens". As I was unimpressed with the lack of customer service, they said they would not be able to look into my request until Saturday. When I asked if I could speak to someone higher-up, I was told I was not allowed to contact their higher-ups and they will do it for me. I could not believe that this man and whoever he was laughing with in the background would scam someone like this and not think that I would care. Completely rude, scammers.
