Highly recommend! Historical, spooky, and entertaining! Alison is an excellent guide. India gave a great primer prior to the tour. Looking forward to other tours when we return to Canada.

The ghost tour at Fort Henry exceeded my expectations. Not only were there great and frightening ghost stories (especially toward the end) but also lots of interesting history. The best part was walking down the wet tunnels underneath the fort which made it all come alive. This is a superb tour!

Went solo on riverside to lakeside, using map provided. Mainly bike path but just a couple of road stretches by the penitentiary which is worth a stop and first prime ministers house just off the bike path. Then wound up with a circle of downtown port and city hall. A nice afternoon … Good bike with lock, helmet and basket. Friendly guys got me a taxi back to railway station (it’s 20 mins ride away). Recommend!

It was a battle of frustration booking and getting the instructions to start this tour. It should be made clearer that purchasing here will require you to purchase and use a coupon on the actual site which the tour instructions start! I found the information in my email and after wasting 30 minutes trying to figure it out leaving me angry with my family who were also getting impatient. Not a great start to a family day.

Other then the rocky start, we truly enjoyed the tour. It was a lot of fun deciphering the codes and find the answers. What I truly enjoyed was that it took us to places I normally, even as a tourist I would not have noticed.

Kingston has a lot of history and although we learned it all in High School, now as an adult and seeing how a lot of people are wanting to erase it, coming to actually walk and see where the birth of our beautiful country started makes you appreciate how there still are buildings and monuments still being preserved.

I would recommend this tour. Really makes you look up.

We did encounter a problem. We did count the red plaques but were never prompted to enter the number. And on the Cartwright answer, in the clue it should state that numbers don’t count.

I’ve done all three haunted walks in Kingston and, while this one is okay, it’s my least favourite. The Fort Henry walk is the best, the Original Kingston Haunted Walk is second best, and this one would be my last choice. The stories were meh. It was partially because our tour guide was newer and recited a memorized script rather than having it sound like a story telling experience. There was more walking than talking and our guide was not interactive/conversational at all. I felt it was overpriced for what it was. Do the Fort Henry tour instead.
