It is a huge mall and has every shop you can imagine. But it is fun nonetheless. From sales associates in Holt Renfrew (the expensive place) that discriminate against south asians but love east asians, to ordinary peasant stores like Dollarama... It has it all!
The Holt Renfrew comment was a result of multiple tests by the way - depending on who I come with, I get treated differently. No one is consciously racist but I definitely get treated better when I come with another East Asian.
Unfortunately it is probably one of the only things you can do in Mississauga. This city would be useless without it.

We stopped by on the last day of our 2 week road trip to enjoy a relaxing walk and view of the port. Parking right next to the port is free and easy. The walk along the waterfront is very accessible, with a wide path and plenty of benches to rest on. There’s a restaurant right at the port called Snug Harbour, but we weren’t around long enough to stop in for lunch. Our only complaint is that we experienced some very aggressive driving in downtown Mississauga, which was pretty jarring for us as tourists. So unfortunately, we ended up heading out as the day was no longer feeling relaxed after that.

A great park with a lot of wildlife like rabbits and even some coyotes! This park should definitely expand a tide more and see more wildlife :D

This lovely little Japanese garden is an oasis in the middle of the city. One can walk inside the gate and shut out the hustle and bustle of the city. There are lovely ponds with waterfowl. There was even a blue heron there the day we visited. I would recommend this to others.

Perfect for beginner to do Kayak or SUP as some area has no boats coming in, no big waves, and very shallow .

As you get advanced, you can go to the lake as well.

There are Salsa dance lessons there as well, for donation basis. The instructor was very energetic and everyone was having great time.

Such a lovely town! I can’t wait to be back for Christmas 🎄Streetsville is no more than an hour away from Toronto. Two historical churches with glorious buildings. Right on the street is the BIA office. Tons of cafés and restaurants to dine/snack in. Loved spending time here.

So nice to be by the water on a sunny November day. Park was clean, plenty of parking (weekday afternoon), the only problem is that both sets of washrooms were closed. Come on City of Mississauga, we should be encouraging people to spend time outside year-round, but without toilets it really limits how long you can stay / whether you can drink a coffee / whether you can bring kids.

Prices are generally fairly reasonable, especially on discounted clearouts. Good mix of shops for its target market.

It's cool and the water looks great, but I wouldn't call this a fantastic to-die-for experience. Lots of people can be found here roasting their meals. In a certain area (under a bridge with lots of graffiti art), you can also find amazing rocks for rock tossing.
However, once you get used to the ordinary river view it does get boring.

This place is a wonderful place to hike and see and experience nature. A bubbling river, gentle trails, lush wooded areas all the more made magnificent by amazing Fall colours, birds chirping, deer sightings sometimes.

This has always been a favourite park of mine here in Mississauga.

One of the best libraries I have ever been in. Probably would be best in Sauga! Old but grand outlook. Excellent Collections of books, magazines, comics, movies, games and etc. A somewhat ok food stall outside. Available board games for the group to play which was awesome. Huge amount
of space with each floor. Remember all you need is a library card!

The most fascinating thing to me is how their skyline of the towers looks totally different depending on where you are looking from
