This was a really great track to try and worth the money!
Just a few things that need to be noted about this place to make it safer...
We went as a family to this event and its run by teenagers, not adults.

There are a lot of rules that need to be followed for safety protocol but not reinforced by the staff. My daughter was tall enough to drive alone with one employee and then another said she wasn't but they let her pass as the height board at the bottom of the entrance seemed to be on a hill and the one at the cash area was flat. It was really confusing for families being told one thing and then exceptions were made.

The man and son in front of us was drinking beer out of a can in front the employees as he paid to take his son on the track and this wasn't stopped.

I think this event could be run a lot better and by having some adults present that reinforced the rules. We will return again as my kids had a lot of fun.

Visiting with a large group of friends. It looks simple but gets frustrating quickly. A fun attraction that can kill a lot of time!

Fun for everyone. In our group of 8, 2 really wanted to do this and 2 did not. So the other 4 opted to do it as to not wait and all 6 that did it has really fun time. I could hear others in our group laughing and being into it during the game. It is a short attraction but it really is a perfect length to keep everyone interested. Not scary, no one jumps out at you just a 3d movie. My only compliant is that there was no way to get a picture of the high scores during the game as our group was on there and it would have been a really great memento. If you are doing several attractions in the Clifton Hill area you should look at getting the fun pass.

We had a great time with laser tag, mini putt and the arcades. My kids loved it and it was the highlight of the last day stay in Niagara.

Visited BATL Axe with a gift certificate on a date night and were really excited to try it out. I'd been once before with co-workers for a team bonding event, but had so much more fun as a date!!! My partner and I were the only people there during our time slot and Kari was awesome (there are a million ways to spell that name, so sorry if it's wrong!!) She helped coach us through it and made us feel like we were old friends hanging out. We felt really comfortable and welcome, and she was excited to coach us and see us do well. She gave us a clipboard with some mini games we could
play like tic-tac-toe, which gave us tons of options to keep it interesting! Thanks Kari!!

Decided to try this place out for my son. Masks are mandatory, although I found approximately 50 - 60% of the people were either not wearing a mask or were wearing their mask inappropriately. (On their chin or only covering those mouth.)

It’s an arcade. You can play games and get tickets depending how you do in the game. You exchange the tickets for toys. Similar setup as Chuck E Cheese, without the giant mouse and this place was geared for older children then the usual clientele at Chuck E Cheese.

    The good:

    - customer service! Lilianna went above and beyond what I expected when she was helping my son pick out his toys. She had tremendous patience with him. She even took the individual toys out and lined them up so he could pick the colour or style he wanted. Friendly, polite and courteous. Well done! Second interaction I had was with a gentleman that was fixing the machines, I didn’t get his name. We were having issues with the ticket counter and he quickly and professionally resolved the issue. Very polite!
    - cleaning. I noticed staff were continuously cleaning the surfaces.

    Not so good:

    - non-compliant customers with masks. If there is one recommendation I can make; staff or security or bylaw enforcing the utilization of masks while indoors.

Note: I can’t recall seeing a lot of hand sanitizers, so I can’t comment on that specifically. We had a small bottle of hand sanitizer with us.

Not the best haunted house I’ve been too and not very scary either but it’s on ok walk through, my group and I had some fun. Don’t bother with the Burger King though, it’s probably the worst one I’ve ever been to. And the roller coaster on top of the building might seem cool but it’s pretty generic

My husband, 19 yr old son & I went for 1 5 minute ride. It was pretty neat. The levels kept going up. There were about 5 levels. The go carts maxed out so I had the pedal all the way down the whole time. It was busy so the wait was pretty long. We had fun.

Overpriced in my opinion. There’s definitely better attractions on Clifton Hill but I guess if you r done them all, you can do this, although I didn’t find there to be anything special about this mirror maze. Just very average.

Tap room was a ton of fun. Staff was a lot of fun and very accommodating. Would recommend this for a group of four. Love downtown NF.

Kids were very excited so we paid $42 for 2 adults and 2 kids and walked less than 100 steps for see the entire ‘house’ in about 2 minutes…

The first room is the kitchen and the best - you can walk all around and the floor is tilted and slippery so it’s sort of like a fun house experience - kids loved it and adults were amused…

Then you turn the corner and that’s it… all other rooms are barred off and you walk about 5 steps through each of the remaining 4 rooms without being permitted to enter any of them… and then you’re done 1 minute later… kids loved the tippy floor the most as parents rolled their eyes…

Our youth group had an awesome time at Zap Zone! Mike and his staff were wonderful and engaging, even giving us extra time to play an elimination game which the kids loved! Will definitely go back again.

For context, we wanted to go to the Ripleys Believe It or Not Odditorium and a wax museum while we were in Niagara Falls, and admission to this was included as part of a bundle. We went in with no expectations… and it was a blast! We went on a Saturday night and it was not busy at all. It’s literally just a bunch of staged areas with ring lights and some props to take photos. My family and I had a fun time posing, and did a lot of really silly photos that the kids thought were hilarious. While I don’t know that it’s necessarily a good value if you pay full price admission, as part of the bundle it was awesome. We had a great time and plan to make a calendar out of our favourite pictures.

This was an average mini putt, but it was fun.
There was a confusing spot where you need to follow paper signs though a few holes to get on track. This would be annoying if it was busy, you'd have to walk through other peoples games to continue your game.
Good indoor fun to get out of the heat or cold for a little while though.
