We signed up for the day/evening cruise/dinner tour but subsequently notified that that tour was full. We ended up switching to a day/lunch tour. We discovered extremely interesting facts about the history of the power stations utilizing Niagara Falls over the years. This was a great tour with self-guided or guided options. The listening devices made it easy to do a self-guided tour and learn at your own pace. The walk through the tunnel was at your own pace with an occasional bench to rest along the way. The tour was very basic and just went to each of the falls and lasted an hour (which we chose the 90-minute tour). I'm sure this was due to the small group size and a lot of questions weren't asked. Unfortunately, for the price, I'd not take this tour again and would not recommend it to anyone. The small group setting created intimacy and the freedom to explore. This tour gave us the ability to skip most of the attraction lines. Definitively recommend. It is worth every penny. - James GonzalezRochester, NY1 contributionIt was my first time visiting Toronto and I had a great time. The booking says they were offering hotel pick up at select locations. Make sure if you do not know where you are going because you may be new to Toronto to book a hotel from what's listed. Unfortunately I did not and got a little lost meeting up. Make sure you leave a little early just in case. The driver was a little late but understandable due to heavy traffic. What I did not really care for was being rushed from the tour guide when we already started off late when we got to Niagara Falls. There were some parts where the tour guide was helpful and nice but other where he seemed a little frustrated because we were taking too long. He didnt really guide us too much anywhere you spent most of the time exploring by yourself and meeting up somewhere that changed a couple times. I wish there could have been more time to explore Niagara Falls and definitely more time at the wine tour. There wasnt really an actual "wine tour" just some flights of wine that's very sweet like juice with extra sugar. If you like dryer wines I would definitely not recommend this tour because they are showcasing the ice wines which are extremely sweet. I am okay with some sweet wines but these wines are not for drinking the whole bottle but popular in Canada due to the temperature for ice wine. I also would not reccomend buying lunch but finding it on your own. Also do not explore the lower falls it was a waste of money to look at it. There is really nothing to really see. The attractions were really cool I went on the sky wheel which was fun to experience, you get to go around 4 times and see the falls in the air. The rainforest cafe was really cool also and there is an open bar there. I got to experience a couple attractions, ate lunch, and had a cocktail, and took some pictures but there wasnt enough time. - jbreisertLouisville, KY7 contributionsVery nice tour. The guide, Crystal, and the driver, Sam, did a fantastic job getting us there and leading our journey. Niagara Falls was amazing. Definitely take the boat ride! It’s incredible to get so close to the falls!!! Beware, you’ll get wet! The included lunch was very nice. The small town of Niagara on the lake is charming. Our final stop at the winery was much better than expected. We even purchased a few bottles of wine. The bus trip included a stop at Maple Leaf Place where we tasted maple syrup, fudge and chocolate (yum!) Our driver Haroon was knowledgeable and kept us aware of pick up times and places.

Taking the tour really saved om the hassle of parking and just maximized time at all the locations. It was easy to get picked up from hotel in the mini bus. It was super comfortable even though it was a full bus. We loved seeing Niagara during the day. Have a great buffet dinner at the 13th floor of sheraton overlooking the falls and get back out there for touring the parkway. And it was a treat to see it at night with the falls being illuminated. Of course, we had to do the hornblower cruise and get right into the falls and that was SUPER fun. Recommend waterproof shoes LOL. But eventually we dried up! 10 out of 10 and would do it again!
