It was great to see it being cooked from scratch. The beer tasting was delicious and staff very friendly and informative. I can’t say more. Bright, cheery and ultramodern, it offers at least of their dozen or so beers on tap, ranging from 2.3% to over 10% ABV. We went with Golden ale, aged in Chardonnay barrels so has a fruity, crisp and bright bite. Had the sourdough pretzel alongside, with scrumptious pesto, mustard and roast garlic dips. We learned this is one of the few commercial establishments of any kind open here during the winter season.
