    Great tour to see all the great Niagara sites!
    Great time visiting all the sites. Beautiful day with partially cloudy skies made for great photos. Friendly guide provided great information and bypassed all the ticket lines and showed us all the great photo locations. Enjoyable day.

    We signed up for the day/evening cruise/dinner tour but subsequently notified that that tour was full. We ended up switching to a day/lunch tour. Not what we originally wanted but still a great day.

    Fully customisable private tour
    You’ve got to book this tour if you don’t want to be in a bus with lots of other tourists and wish to be able to customise what you do along the way. Vlad was very knowledgeable about the area and it’s attractions. And he was very accommodating and enabled all the different activities I was keen on doing. Thanks for a wonderful day trip!

    Terrific tour
    Fantastic. Booked this at the last minute as my original tour was cancelled the night before. Gaurav was our guide, brilliant and very knowledgeable. Took time out to explain things to the group and also individually. He made sure I got my ticket for behind the Falls as the boat doesn’t go in March. Niagara-on-the-Lake was absolutely beautiful and we got time to go round all the attractions. Really enjoyed it and would recommend this tour.

    Fun but a little rushed.
    It was my first time visiting Toronto and I had a great time. The booking says they were offering hotel pick up at select locations. Make sure if you do not know where you are going because you may be new to Toronto to book a hotel from what's listed. Unfortunately I did not and got a little lost meeting up. Make sure you leave a little early just in case. The driver was a little late but understandable due to heavy traffic. What I did not really care for was being rushed from the tour guide when we already started off late when we got to Niagara Falls. There were some parts where the tour guide was helpful and nice but other where he seemed a little frustrated because we were taking too long. He didnt really guide us too much anywhere you spent most of the time exploring by yourself and meeting up somewhere that changed a couple times. I wish there could have been more time to explore Niagara Falls and definitely more time at the wine tour. There wasnt really an actual "wine tour" just some flights of wine that's very sweet like juice with extra sugar. If you like dryer wines I would definitely not recommend this tour because they are showcasing the ice wines which are extremely sweet. I am okay with some sweet wines but these wines are not for drinking the whole bottle but popular in Canada due to the temperature for ice wine. I also would not reccomend buying lunch but finding it on your own. Also do not explore the lower falls it was a waste of money to look at it. There is really nothing to really see. The attractions were really cool I went on the sky wheel which was fun to experience, you get to go around 4 times and see the falls in the air. The rainforest cafe was really cool also and there is an open bar there. I got to experience a couple attractions, ate lunch, and had a cocktail, and took some pictures but there wasnt enough time. I met some nice people while on the tour also.

    Once in a lifetime trip
    Very good experience seeing Niagara Falls in person, our tour guide Haroon was very friendly and knowledgeable about Niagara Falls and its history. The tour bus came and collected us from our hotel in Toronto and after collecting the other parties made our way to the Niagara. Comfortable journey on the bus both ways with a bonus stop at the Maple Leaf Place to try maple syrup / chocolates. Overall a really good experience and would recommend anybody to do it!

    Awesome Trip to Niagara Falls Canada with Ross!
    We spontaneously decided to jump on the Tour to Canada when we arrived at the Sheraton just 25 minutes before Pick-up, the Gray Line staff was very helpful and booked us last minute on the Bus. Our Tour Guide Ross was awesome, the tour was perfectly planned and guided, he had so many great Stories to tell 5 hours of great activities. We had almost no waiting time at the sites and had the best experience.
    A total recommendation! It was way more we could have imagined, totally worth the money.
    Everything is so Crazy expensive over there, so going on your own, doesn‘t save you much. Car parking is already around 35$. Totally recommend taking a Tour with Ross!

    A must see for people planning to visit Toronto
    Convenient car, sunny day and moreover the best driver we could have (big up To Roy). This trip will drive you to the most important places. At Niagara Falls sure but also to historical places alongside the river and winery ! Thanks a lot for this experience.
