We were able to customize our tour along the way and because it was off season we had a lot of flexibility. Our guide was knowledgeable kind and very punctual. We went in the power station. The skyline the butterfly conservatory and had lunch in lake at Niagara. Perfect day. - James GonzalezRochester, NY1 contributionIt was my first time visiting Toronto and I had a great time. The booking says they were offering hotel pick up at select locations. Make sure if you do not know where you are going because you may be new to Toronto to book a hotel from what's listed. Unfortunately I did not and got a little lost meeting up. Make sure you leave a little early just in case. The driver was a little late but understandable due to heavy traffic. What I did not really care for was being rushed from the tour guide when we already started off late when we got to Niagara Falls. There were some parts where the tour guide was helpful and nice but other where he seemed a little frustrated because we were taking too long. He didnt really guide us too much anywhere you spent most of the time exploring by yourself and meeting up somewhere that changed a couple times. I wish there could have been more time to explore Niagara Falls and definitely more time at the wine tour. There wasnt really an actual "wine tour" just some flights of wine that's very sweet like juice with extra sugar. If you like dryer wines I would definitely not recommend this tour because they are showcasing the ice wines which are extremely sweet. I am okay with some sweet wines but these wines are not for drinking the whole bottle but popular in Canada due to the temperature for ice wine. I also would not reccomend buying lunch but finding it on your own. Also do not explore the lower falls it was a waste of money to look at it. There is really nothing to really see. The attractions were really cool I went on the sky wheel which was fun to experience, you get to go around 4 times and see the falls in the air. The rainforest cafe was really cool also and there is an open bar there. I got to experience a couple attractions, ate lunch, and had a cocktail, and took some pictures but there wasnt enough time. - Mavis S19 contributionsThe tour was AWESOME and perfect! Dwayne was the perfect combo of enough information without being an overbearing tour guide. Taking the tour really saved om the hassle of parking and just maximized time at all the locations. It was easy to get picked up from hotel in the mini bus. It was super comfortable even though it was a full bus. We loved seeing Niagara during the day. Have a great buffet dinner at the 13th floor of sheraton overlooking the falls and get back out there for touring the parkway. And it was a treat to see it at night with the falls being illuminated. Of course, we had to do the hornblower cruise and get right into the falls and that was SUPER fun. Recommend waterproof shoes LOL. But eventually we dried up! 10 out of 10 and would do it again!

Our knowledgeable tour guide was able to provide an interesting commentary as we drove down on the coach, and she and our driver were very friendly and helpful.
The boat trip was amazing even if we got quite wet! We enjoyed a terrific lunch at the Sheraton Hotel with panoramic views over the falls and surrounding area.
Our trip included a visit to the picturesque town of Niagra, and a wine tasting experience at a local vineyard.

our trip to explain that if left at 8.00am we would beat the traffic which we did and his
recommendation for a time to leave to beat the traffic on return trip back to Toronto!
Gotham pointed out points of interest also history events that took place in all areas we visited which we had no idea about, also after our trip on the Hornblower boat which was chilly he picked us up a couple cups of Hot Chocolate which was much appreciated then he recommended a Helicopter trip which was so good, then off to Niagara on the Lake town which was stunning along with recommendations for Lunch spots! All in all a fabulous service well done Gotham keep up the good work!
