My wife and I did a private, two hour city tour last weekend. It was a chilly day, but the sun was bright and the cloudless sky was blue. David, our fabulous guide, led us to the many sights of this delightful city. We saw the Parliament Buildings, several government office buildings, the three rivers that converge at Ottawa, and some local neighborhoods, museums and parks. We pedaled over several bridges and even rode into Québec province. David gave us a good lesson regarding the history of Canada and it’s nation’s capital.
