A very moving tribute to a true Canadian hero. Terry Fox showed such courage and determination. He inspires us all. The site also provides a good view of The Sleeping Giant.

Nice view of the town of Thunder Bay from this mountain. The visiting place there is quite small though. Road leading to mountain is well maintained. The mountain itself is picturesque. Nice place to visit, not very expensive either.

Great place to stop for a fantastic view of the sleeping giant and the lake. The recent upgrades are wonderful for the park.

Nice place to explore and walk around. Had some ice cream and sat by the shore. Nice views and liked watching the boats and ships in the harbour.

Fantastic park with beautiful views and a railroad. The river is calming and relaxing. There are some areas for children with playgrounds. Relaxing and beautiful

Very nice area even in the winter! Trails were open and cleared (if only be footprints ahead of us, not sure). Walked the quick path to the falls area in the snow. Still pretty! Nice outing for a morning walk! Probably gorgeous in the summer! Lots of moss and lichen on the trees. Lots of birch and Aspen. $5 parking fee.

Fun, casual, and friendly. Visited on a Friday afternoon two-ish. The crowd slowly grew. Pleasant warehouse taproom with front-side beer to go and merchandise.

Industrial neighborhood with a Barrel Room events space less than a block away. A large selection of pleasant beers are offered. The food option is limited to a foursome of pizzas and snacks.

    We'd return!

The High Falls hiking trail is well marked and maintained. Quite clean (except for a couple of full "doggy" bags). The trail is not challenging with no significant climbs. The falls lookout areas have nice seating. Small children, pets and adventurers need some supervision as there is access to some precarious lookouts. It would have be en nice to have the Ontario Travel building open for at least washrooms.

Sort of Reluctantly did this "tour" as we were trying to kill some time. Going in I thought it was going to be more of a donation to the ship then an admission to a museum. Boy was I wrong! What a great stop, NOT TO BE MISSED! if your in Thunder Bay this is a MUST SEE. I believe that the guides name was Connor that took us around. What a knowledgeable individual and history buff about the Alexander Henry. He really made the tour, answered all our "stupid" questions and seemed very passionate about the ship and its restoration. ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! Highly recommended and worthwhile. Thanks for the education... Joe & Family from Southern Ontario

Museum was a great place to spend and Hour, they have a really neat way of showing there history thought a old store front vignettes, Albert the dinosaur was pretty neat. the young lady at the front desk was very helpful in answering our question even if it had nothing to do with the Museum. ie good places to eat . there are 3 floors with and elevator for the people who have some difficulty
